Ingredients:
Prepare Chocolate Mousse:
-Chocolate chopped 120g
-Olper’s Cream 120g (room temperature)
-Ice cubes
-Olper’s Cream chilled 150g
-Sugar powdered 2 tbs
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-Dark chocolate chopped 80g
-Olper’s Cream 80ml (room temperature)
-Olper’s Milk 3 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
Prepare Eggless Cake:
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ¾ Cup
-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup
-Olper’s Milk ½ Cup
-Cooking oil 1/3 Cup
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 & ½ Cup
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Baking soda ½ tsp
Assembling:
-Sugar syrup
-Olper’s cream chilled
Directions:
Prepare Chocolate Mousse:
-In chocolate,add cream & microwave for a minute than mix well until smooth & set aside.
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl on it.
-In the bowl,add cream,sugar,vanilla essence & beat well until soft peaks form.
-Add prepared ganache & beat well until stiff peaks form than transfer to a piping bag & set aside.
Prepare Chocolate Ganache:
-In dark chocolate,add cream,milk,butter & microwave for a minute than mix well until smooth & set aside.
Prepare Eggless Cake:
-In a bowl,add caster sugar,yogurt,milk,cooking oil,vanilla essence & whisk well until sugar is dissolved.
-Place a sieve on the bowl,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,baking soda,sift well & mix until well combined (Don’t over mix).
-Transfer the batter to 9x13” greased baking tray lined with baking paper & spread evenly.
-Bake in preheated oven at 170°C for 20-25 minutes or until skewer comes out clean.
-Let it cool completely & cut out square pieces of according to the size of acrylic dessert box for assembling.
Assembling:
-In a dessert box,place cake piece & add sugar syrup.
-Pipe out prepared chocolate mousse,spread evenly than add a layer of prepared chocolate ganache.
-Garnish cream & serve chilled.
