Ingredients:
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¾ Cup (100g)
-Cocoa powder ¼ Cup (20g)
-Baking powder ¼ tsp
-Malt powder 3 tbs (40g)
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 5 (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Anday ki safedi (Egg whites) 5 (room temperature)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Cooking oil ¼ Cup
-Olper’s milk ¼ Cup
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-Hot water ½ Cup
-Sugar ¼ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
Prepare Malt Frosting:
-Cream cheese 200g
-Cocoa powder ¾ Cup
-Malt powder ¾ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) 115g (room temperature)
-Milk chocolate melted 150g
-Ice cubes
-Olper’s Dairy Cream 300g
-Icing sugar 2 Cups
Directions:
-Grease 9-inch baking pan with cooking oil,lined with butter paper & set aside.
-In a bowl,place a sifter,add all-purpose flour,cocoa powder,baking powder,malt powder & sift all dry ingredients together then mix well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add egg yolks,caster sugar,whisk well for 1-2 minutes & set aside.
-In a bowl,add egg whites,caster sugar,salt & beat well until foamy and stiff peaks form (10-12 minutes).
-Now add whisked yolk mixture & beat well.
-Gradually add dry ingredients & fold with the help of spatula.
-In a small bowl,add cooking oil,milk,gradually add 1 cup of batter & mix until well combined.
-Now add all the mixture in remaining batter & mix well.
-Pour batter in prepared baking pan & bake in preheated oven at 180C for 22-25 minutes.
-Take out from the oven & let it cool completely.
Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-In a small jug,add hot water,sugar & vanilla essence,mix well until sugar is dissolve & set aside.
Prepare Malt Frosting:
-In a bowl,add cream cheese,cocoa powder,malt powder & beat well.
-Add butter & beat until well combined.
-Add melted chocolate,beat well & set aside.
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl over it,add cream & beat well.
-Add icing sugar & beat until stiff peaks form.
-Add prepared chocolate mixture & beat until well combined,transfer to a piping bag & set aside.
-Remove cake from baking pan & place on a cake stand.
-With the help serrated knife,horizontally cut two layers of cake.
-On base layer of cake,brush prepared sugar syrup,add prepared malt frosting & spread evenly.
-Place 2nd layer of cake & brush prepared sugar syrup on it.
-Add & spread malt frosting & frost the outside of the cake with malt frosting.
-Decorate cake with white chocolate,malt chocolate balls and raspberries.
-Refrigerate until serve.
-Cut into slices & serve!

-Bowl mein anday ki safedi aur bareek cheeni dal ker foamy and stiff peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein (10-12 minutes).
-Ab whisked yolk mixture dal ker ache tarhan beat karein.
-Thora thora ker ka dry ingredients shamil karein aur spatula ki madad sa fold ker lein.
-Chotay bowl mein cooking oil aur doodh dal dein aur thora thora ker ka 1 cup batter dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab mixture ko remining batter mein dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Batter ko tayyar baking pan mein dal dein aur preheated oevn mein 180C per 22-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
-Oven sa nikal lein aur completely thanda ker lein.
-Prepare Sugar Syrup:
-Chotay jug mein garam pani,cheeni aur vanilla essence dal dein aur cheeni ghul janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Malt Frosting:
-Bowl mein cream cheese,cocoa powder aur malt powder dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Makhan dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Melted chocolate dal ker ache tarhan beta karein & side per rakh dein.
-Large bowl mein ice cubes dal dein aur upper sa ek aur bowl rakh dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Icing sugar dal dein aur stiff peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Tayyar chocolate mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Cake ko baking pan sa nikal ker cake stand per rakh dein.
-Serrated knife ki madad sa cake ko horizontally two layers mein cut ker lein.
-Base layer per tayyar sugar syrup brush ki madad sa laga lein aur tayyar malt frosting dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Cake ki 2nd layer rakh ker upper sa sugar syrup laga lein.
-Malt frosting ko cake ki tamam sides per laga lein.
-White chocolate,malt chocolate balls aur raspberries sa decorate ker lein.
-Serve kernay tak thanda ker lein.
-Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
