Ingredients:
Prepare Pistachio Cream:
-Pista (Pistachios) 60g boiled
-White chocolate chopped 50g
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 2 tbs
-Hot water 4-5 tbs
-Green food color few drops
Prepare Kunafa Stuffing:
-Kataifi dough 100g
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 30g
Assembling:
-White chocolate melted
-Semi sweetened dark chocolate melted
Directions:
Prepare Pistachio Cream:
-In a blender machine,add pistachios,white chocolate,caster sugar,hot water,green food color & blend well to a make a thick paste.Pistachio cream is ready!
Prepare Kunafa Stuffing:
-Cut kataifi dough into small pieces & set aside.
-In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add kataifi dough,mix well & cook on low flame until light golden (2-3 minutes).
-Turn off the flame,add prepared pistachio cream & mix until well combined.
-Let it cool.
Assembling:
-Take two silicon chocolate molds of same design & size.
-Drizzle melted white chocolate in one mold to make marble design & let it set for few minutes.
-Add & spread melted dark chocolate in both molds & remove excess chocolate.
-Let it set in freezer for 15 minutes.
-Add & spread prepared kunafa stuffing evenly in one mold & add melted chocolate on the sides of mold to create sealing & flip another chocolate mold on it.
-Press gently to stick together & let it set in freezer for 15 minutes.
-Demolds chocolate & enjoy (makes 2 bars).

Prepare Kunafa Stuffing:
-Kataifi dough ko small pieces mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Kataifi dough dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per light golden ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Chulha bund ker dein aur tayyar pistachio cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
Assembling:
-Do silicon chocolate molds same design & size ka la lein.
-Melted white chocolate ko ek mold per drizzle ker lein aur set ho janay tak few minutes kliya chor dein.
-Tayyar melted dark chocolate ko dono molds per dal ker pheela lein & excess chocolate ko remove ker lein.
-Freezer mein 15 minutes kliya set ker lein.
-Tayyar kunafa stuffing ko ek mold mein dal ker pheela lein aur mold ki sides per melted chocolate dal dein aur dosri chocolate mold ko flip ker lein.
-Gently press ker ka stick ker lein aur freezer mein 15 minutes kliya set ker lein.
-Chocolate ko demold ker ka enjoy karein (makes 2 bars).
