In jug,add lukewarm milk,sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover and let it rest for 5 minutes.
In bowl,add half quantity of all-purpose flour,egg,salt,butter,vanilla essence,dissolve yeast mixture and mix well.
Now add remaining quantity of all-purpose flour and mix well.
Add water and knead until dough is formed.
Grease bowl with cooking oil and place dough,cover and let it rest for 30 minutes or until double in size (warm place).
Knead dough again,sprinkle flour and divide the dough into 4 equal parts.
Take one part and divide into 4 equal pieces.
Take a small dough,make a ball and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Place mozzarella cheese stick and cooking chocolate,roll & seal the edges (makes 15-16).
Cover and let it rest for 15 minutes.
In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry on medium low flame until golden brown.
Sprinkle icing sugar & serve!

Pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Bowl ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dough rakh ker dhak dein aur 30 minutes ya size double hunay tak garam jagha per rakh dein.
Dough ko dubara ghond lein aur maida chirak ker dough ko 4 parts mein divide ker lein.
Ek part ko 4 equal parts mein divide ker lein.
Chota dough lein aur ball bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
Mozzarella cheese stick aur cooking chocolate rakh dein aur roll ker ka edges ko seal ker lein (makes 15-16).
Dhak ker 15 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki darmiyani ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
Icing sugar dal ker serve karein.
