In pot,add mutton,water,onion grinded,ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,red chili powder and salt, mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame until meat is tender (30-40 minutes) and mix well to reduce water 2-3 minutes.
Add ghee and mix well until ghee separates.
Dish out in a serving dish,add onion rings,yogurt,ginger,mint leaves and green chilies.
Give a charcoal smoke for 1-2 minutes.
Dhuwan gosht is ready to serve.
Pot mein mutton,pani,pyaz grinded,adrak lehsan paste,dhania powder,lal mirch powder aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein,ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per ghost gul janay tak paka lein (30-40 minutes) aur pani reduce hunay tak 2-3 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ghee dal dein aur ghee alag hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Serving dish mein nikla lein,pyaz rings,dahi,adark,podina aur hari mirch dal dein.
1-2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
Dhuwan gosht serve kerna kliya tayyar hai.
