Ingredients:
Prepare Mince Filling:
-Chicken qeema (Mince) 300g
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
-Dahi (Yogurt) ¼ Cup
-Paprika powder 1 tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) sliced 3-4
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
-Bbq sauce 3 tbs
Paratha Dough:
-Fine atta (Fine flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Sugar powdered 1 & ½ tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee 2 tbs
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee
-Olper’s Tarrka Desi Ghee for 2 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Mince Filling:
-In a bowl,add chicken mince,ginger garlic paste,yogurt,paprika powder,cumin seeds,red chilli crushed,salt & mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
-In a frying pan,add cooking oil,onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add marinated mince & mix well until it changes color.
-Add green chillies & mix well.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well.
-Add bbq sauce,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Paratha Dough:
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,sugar,salt & mix well.
-Add desi ghee & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with desi ghee,cover & let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
-Knead dough again until smooth,take a dough (180g),make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-Grease dough with desi ghee & sprinkle dry flour.
-Now mark the center part of dough with the help of a small bowl then cut the remaining part of dough with the help of the cutter.
-Add & spread prepared mince filling on each cut portion of the dough except one portion then flip each filled portion on center part one by one & in the last flip plain portion,sprinkle dry flour & press gently & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
-On griddle,add desi ghee & let it melt & fry paratha on medium flame from both sides until golden brown (makes 5).
-Serve with yogurt raita!

-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur payz dal dein aur translucent hunay tak sauté ker lein.
-Marinated qeema dal dein aur rang tabdeel ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hari mirchein dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Bbq sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Paratha Dough:
-Bowl mein maida,cheeni aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Desi ghee dal dein aur crumble ho jay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Dough ko desi ghee sa grease karein aur dhak ker 15-20 minutes kliya rest dein.
-Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein,dough (180g) lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Dough ko desi ghee sa grease ker lein aur maida chirak dein.
-Dough ka center mein small bowl ki madad sa mark laga lein aur baqi remaining dough ko cutter ki madad sa cut laga lein.
-Tayyar qeema filling ko cut portion mein dal ker pheela lein aur surf ek portion ko khali chor dein phir ek,ek ker ka filled portions ko flip ker lein aur akhir mein plain portion ko flip ker lein,maida chirak ker gently press ker lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
-Tawa per desi ghee dal ker melt ker lein aur paratha ko darmiyani ancch per dono sides sa godlen brown ho janay tak fry ker lein (makes 5).
-Yogurt raita ka saath serve karein!
