Ingredients:
Prepare Pizza Dough:
- Lukewarm water 1 Cup
- Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
- Bareek cheeni (Caster Sugar) ½ tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
- Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Water 2-3 tbs or as required
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
Prepare Mayo Sauce:
- Mayonnaise 1 Cup
- Tomato ketchup 1 tbs
- Jalapenos chopped ¼ Cup
- Hot sauce 3 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tsp
- Lehsan Powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Paprika powder ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
Prepare Kabab Mixture:
- Beef qeema (Mince) 350g
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 1 & ½ tsp
- Fresh parsley chopped 1-2 tbs
- Mehran Seekh kabab masala 3 tbs
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Baisan (Gram flour) roasted 1 tbs
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
Assembling:
- Pizza sauce
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Dried oregano
- Prepared mayo sauce
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced
- Tamatar (Tomatoes) deseeded & julienne
- Black olives sliced
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Dried oregano
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Directions:
Prepare Pizza Dough:
In a small jug,add lukewarm water,instant yeast,caster sugar & mix well,cover & let it rest for 10-15 minutes & set aside.
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,cooking oil & mix well until it crumbles.
Add yeast mixture & mix well.
Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed.
Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
Prepare Mayo Sauce:
In a small bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,jalapenos,hot sauce,vinegar,garlic powder,paprika powder,salt & red chilli crushed,whisk well and transfer to a piping bag & set aside.
Prepare Kabab Mixture:
In a bowl,add beef mince,onion,ginger garlic paste,green chilli paste,fresh parsley,seekh kabab masala, red chilli crushed,gram flour & mix until well combined.
In a frying pan (9” inch),add & spread cooking oil,add beef mince & spread evenly with the help of greased hands.
Place frying pan on stove and cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes then flip carefully with the help of a plate and cook other side on medium flame for 2-3 minutes & set aside.
Sprinkle dry flour and knead dough until smooth.
Sprinkle dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin into a large dough then transfer the rolled dough to 8” round springform pan.
Prick the bottom of dough with the help of fork.
Assembling:
Add & spread pizza sauce,add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,dried oregano,cooked kabab layer,prepared mayo sauce,capsicum,onion,tomato,black olives,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese, dried oregano,red chilli crushed & remove extra sides of the dough.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for 20-25 minutes.
Cut into desired slices & serve!

Chotay jug mein neem garam pani,khameer aur bareek cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10-15 minutes kliya rest dein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida,namak aur cooking dal dein aur crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Khameer mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour proof hunay kliya rakh dein (warm place).
Prepare Mayo Sauce:
Chotay bowl mein mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,jalapenos,hot sauce,sirka,lehsan powder,paprika powder,namak aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur piping bag mein transfer ker ka side per rakh dein.
Prepare Kabab Mixture:
Bowl mein beef qeema,pyaz,adrak lehsan paste,hari mirch paste,fresh parsley,seekh kabab masala,lal mirch crushed aur baisan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Frying pan (9” inch) mein cooking oil dal ker pheela lein,beef qeema dal dein aur greased haathon ki madad sa evenly pheela lein.
Frying pan ko chulhay per rakh dein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein phir plate ki madad sa carefully flip ker lein aur dosri side ko bhi 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Dough per maida chirak dein aur smooth hunay tak dubara ghond lein.
Maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa large dough bail lein phir rolled dough ko 8” round springform mein rakh dein.
Dough ki bottom ko fork ki madad sa prick ker lein.
Assembling:
Pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,dried oregano,cooked kabab layer,tayyar mayo sauce,shimla mirch,pyaz,tamatar,black olives,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese, dried oregano aur lal mirch crushed dal dein aur extra sides ko remove ker lein.
Preheated oven mein 180 C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Desired slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
