Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 4 tbs
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
-Curry patta (Curry leaves) 8-10
-Pyaz (Onion) grated 2 medium
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder ½ tsp
-Water 1 Cup or as required
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 1 & ½ Cup
-Aloo (Potatoes) boiled 3 medium
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
Directions:
-In a pot,add cooking oil,cumin seeds,curry leaves & mix well.
-Add onion & sauté until translucent.
-Add ginger garlic paste,mix well & fry until onions are light golden.
-Add turmeric powder,salt,coriander powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder,garam masala powder, mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add water & mix well.
-Add yogurt,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Crush boiled potatoes with the help of hand,add in pot & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes.
-Garnish with fresh coriander & serve!

-Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur pyaz light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Haldi powder,namak,dhania powder,lal mirch powder,zeera aur garam masala powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay dein.
-Boiled aloo ko haath ki madad sa crush ker ka pot mein dal dein,ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
