Ingredients:
-Hari mirch (Green chillies) thin & long 250g
-Cooking oil 3-4 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Saunf (Fennel seeds) crushed 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1 tsp
-Sabut dhania (Coriander seeds) roasted & crushed 1 tbs
-Khatai powder (Dried mango powder) ½ tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 4-5 tbs
-Lemon juice 2 tbs
Directions:
-Cut green chillies from the center,deseed & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,green chillies & sauté for a minute.
-Add salt,fennel seeds,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,turmeric powder,coriander seeds,dried mango powder & mix well.
-Add water & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
-Add yogurt,mix gently & cook on medium flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes).
-Add lemon juice & mix well.
-Serve with daal chawal.

-Hari mirch ko center mein sa cut ker ka deseed ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil aur hari mirchein dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Namak,saunf,lal mirch powder,zeera,haldi powder,sabut dhania aur khatai powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 3-4 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dahi dal ker gently mix ker lein aur darmiyani ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
-Lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Daal chawal ka saath serve karein!
