Ingredients:
- Cooking oil ½ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 large
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Tandoori fried chops masala 1 & ½ tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Mutton chops 750g
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 1-2 tbs
- Zeera (Cumin seeds) 1 tsp
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
- Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 1
- Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 12-13
- Laung (Cloves) 3-4
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- Adrak (Ginger) julienne
Directions::
In a wok,add cooking oil,onion and fry until golden brown & set aside.
In a bowl,add yogurt,paprika powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder,cumin seeds,garam masala powder,red chilli crushed,black pepper powder,salt,tandoori fried chops masala,ginger garlic paste, green chilli,lemon juice and whisk well.
Add mutton chops,fried onion (crush with the help of hand),fresh coriander and mix well,cover and marinate for 30 minutes.
In the same wok,heat cooking oil,cumin seeds,green cardamom,black cardamom,black peppercorns,cloves and mix well.
Now add marinated mutton chops,mix well and cook on medium flame for 12-15 minutes and keep mixing in between.
Add water and mix well,cover and cook on low flame until tender (40-45 minutes) then cook on high flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes).
Add fresh coriander and ginger.
Garnish with onion,ginger & serve!

Karahi mein cooking oil aur pyaz dal dein aur golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein dahi,paprika powder,haldi powder,dhania powder,zeera,garam masala powder,lal mirch crushed,kali mirch powder,namak,tandoori fried chops masala,adrak lehsan paste,hari mirch aur lemon juice dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Mutton chops aur fried pyaz (haath ki madad sa crush ker lein) aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
Us he karahi mein cooking oil garam karein,zeera,hari elaichi,badi elaichi,sabut kali mirch aur laung dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Ab marinated mutton chops dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Pani dal ker mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (40-45 minutes) phir tez acch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
Hara dhania aur adrak dal dein.
