In a wok,add corn oil,okra and mix well,cover and cook for 2-3 minutes then cook on high flame until brown (approx. 6-8 minutes) & set aside.
In wok,add corn oil,mustard seeds,cumin seeds,curry leaves,green chillies and mix.
Add onion and fry until light golden.
Add ginger garlic paste and mix well.
Add salt,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,coriander powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder,mix well and cook for a minute.
Add yogurt and mix well.
Add gram flour and whisk well.
Add water,mix well and bring it to boil,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes.
Now add fried okra and mix gently,cover & cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander,red chilli crushed & serve!

Karhai mein corn oil,raidana,zeera,kary pata aur hari mirch dal ker mix karein.
Pyaz dal ker light golden hunay tak fry ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Namak,haldee powder,garam masala powder,dhania powder,lal mirch powder aur zeera powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Dahi shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Baisan dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad dhak dein aur halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya paka lein.
Ab fried bhindi dal ker gently mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hara dhania aur lal mirch crushed dal ker serve karein!
