Ingredients:
- Dahi (Yogurt) 1 Cup
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Hari mirch (Green chillies) chopped 2
- Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ½ tbs or to taste
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Garam masala powder 1 tsp
- Kashmiri lal mirch (Kashmiri red chilli) powder ½ tsp
- Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
- Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
- Beef mix boti ½ kg
- Cooking oil 4-5 tbs
- Darchini (Cinnamon sticks) 2
- Badi elaichi (Black cardamom) 2
- Laung (Cloves) 2-3
- Hari elaichi (Green cardamom) 2
- Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 10-11
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 2 medium
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped 2-3 tbs
- Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
Prepare Yogurt Sauce:
- Dahi ((Yogurt) 1 Cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Sukha podina (Dried mint leaves) 16-18
- Hari mirch (Green chilli) chopped
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Directions:
In a bowl,add yogurt,ginger garlic paste,green chillies,red chilli powder,coriander powder,salt,garam masala powder,kashmiri red chilli powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder & whisk well.
Add beef mix boti & mix well,cover & marinate for 2 hours.
In a pot,add cooking oil,cinnamon sticks,black cardamom,cloves,green cardamom,black peppercorns & mix well.
Add onion,mix well & fry until onions are golden brown.
Now add marinated beef,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on low flame until meat is tender (40-50 minutes) then cook on high flame until oil separates (2-3 minutes).
Add fresh coriander & give coal smoke for 2 minutes.
Prepare Yogurt Sauce:
In a bowl,add yogurt,garlic,salt,dried mint leaves (crush with the help of hands) & whisk well.
Drizzle prepared yogurt sauce on smokey dahi beef masala,sprinkle green chilli,red chilli crushed & serve with naan!

Bowl mein dahi,adrak lehsan paste,hari mirchein,lal mirch powder,dhania powder,namak,garam masala powder,Kashmiri lal mirch powder,zeera powder aur haldi powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Beef mix boti dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2 hours kliya marinate ker lein.
Pot mein cooking oil,darchini,badi elaichi,laung,hari elaichi aur sabut kali mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pyaz dal ker mix karein aur pyaz ko golden brown ho jay tak fry ker lein.
Ab marinated beef dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein aur dhak ker halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein (40-50 minutes) phir tez ancch per oil alag ho janay tak paka lein (2-3 minutes).
Hara dhania dal dein aur 2 minute kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein.
Prepare Yogurt Sauce:
Bowl mein dahi,lehsan,namak aur sukha podina (crush with the help of hands) dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Tayyar yogurt sauce ko smokey dahi beef masala ka upper drizzle ker lein,hari mirch aur lal mirch crushed dal ker naan ka saath serve karein!
