In grinder,add almonds,water and grind well to make a paste & set aside.
In a wok,add milk and bring it to boil and keep mixing in between.
Add almond paste and mix well.
Add almonds,pistcahios,mix well and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
Add qarshi ilacheen,mix well and cook on low flam for 4-5 minutes & keep mixing in between.
In bowl,add custard powder,milk and whisk well.
Gradually add dissolve custard,mix continuously and cook until thickens (approx. 2-3 minutes).
Let it cool.
In glass,add basil leaves,water,mix well and soak for 10-15 minutes.
In a jug,add ice cubes,soaked basil seeds,prepared sharbat and mix well.
In serving glass,add ice cubes,sharbat & serve!

Karhai mein doodh dal ker ubal lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Badam paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Qarshi ilacheen dal ker mix karein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein aur bech bech mein chamcha chalatay rahein.
Bowl mein custard powder aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka dissolve custard shamil karein aur garha ho janay tak paka lein (approx. 2-3 minutes).
Thanda ker lein.
Glass mein tukh malanga aur pani dal ker mix karein aur 10-15 minutes kliya bheego dein.
Jug mein ice cubes,soaked tukh malanga aur tayyar sharbat dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Serving glass mein ice cubes aur sharbat dal ker serve karein!
