Ingredients:
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ½ tsp
-Garam masala powder 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 2 tsp or to taste
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 1 tsp
-Chicken powder 1 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) ¼ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) paste 2 tbs
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 2 tbs
-Mustard paste 1 tbs
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Chicken strips 750g
-Cornflour 2 tbs
-Manda patti/Samosa sheets 8-10 or as required
-Cornflour 2-3 tbs
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a bowl,add red chilli powder,black pepper powder,turmeric powder,garam masala powder,salt, coriander powder,chicken powder,cumin powder,orange food color,green chilli paste,ginger garlic paste,mustard paste,egg & whisk well.
-Add chicken and mix well.
-Add cornflour & mix well,cover & marinate for 30-40 minutes.
-On a clean cutting board,place samosa sheets,fold & cut into thin (threads like) strips.
-Spread evenly and sprinkle cornflour & coat well.
-Skew marinated chicken strips on wooden skewers and coat with samosa sheets threads then press to flatten strips properly & set gently and let them rest for 10-15 minutes (makes 13-14).
-Can be stored in an airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & deep fry skewers on low flame until golden & crispy (10-12 minutes).
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 200C.Spray oil on crispy thread chicken & air fry for 10-12 minutes (flip in between once after 5 minutes).
-Serve with dips!

-Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30-40 minutes kliya marinate ker lein.
-Clean cutting board per manda patti rakh ker fold ker lein aur thin (thread like) strips mein cut ker lein.
-Evenly pheela lein aur cornflour dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Marinated chicken strips ko wooden skewers per laga lein aur manda patti ka threads mein coat karein aur properly press ker ka strips ko flat ker ka gently set ker lein phir 10-15 mintes liya rest dein (makes 13-14).
-1 month kliya airtight container mein dal ker store ker saktay han.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur skewers ko halki ancch per golden & crispy hunay tak deep fry ker lein (10-12 minutes).
-Preheated air fryer mein 200C per air fry ker lein.Crispy thread chicken per oil ko spray karein aur 10-12 minutes kliya air fry ker lein (flip in between once after 5 minutes).
-Dips ka saath serve karein!
