Ingredients:
Chicken Pizza Filling:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 tbs
- Tikka masala 2 tbs or to taste
- Lemon juice 2 tbs
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3-4 tbs
- Koyla (Charcoal) for smoke
- Black olives 1/4 Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) chopped ½ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped ½ Cup
- Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
Dough:
- Neem garam pani (Lukewarm water) ¾ Cup
- Cheeni (Sugar) 2 tsp
- Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tsp
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Cooking oil 1 tbs
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
- Scene on Krunch Achari Chakar 4-6 packs
- Anday (Eggs) 2
- Doodh (Milk) 2-3 tbs
- Pizza sauce as needed
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Chicken Pizza Filling:
In wok,add cooking oil,chicken and mix well until changes color.
Add garlic paste and mix well.
Add tikka masala,lemon juice,yogurt,mix well and cook on high flame until dries up.
Give a charcoal smoke for 2 minutes (optional).
Add black olives,onion,capsicum,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,dried oregano,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Dough:
In small jug,add lukewarm water,sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover and let it rest for 10 minutes.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour,add salt and mix.
Add cooking oil,yeast mixture,mix well and knead until dough is formed.
Add cooking oil and knead again.
Cover and let it rest for 1 hour at warm place.
In chopper,add achari chips,chop until crumbled & take out in a bowl.
In bowl,add eggs,milk,whisk well & set aside.
Grease hands with oil and knead dough again until smooth.
Take a small dough,sprinkle dry flour and spread the dough with the help of the hands.
Add & spread pizza sauce,add prepared chicken pizza filling,warp and seal the edges and make a ball (makes 8-10).
Now dip into beaten eggs then coat in chopped chips.
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame until golden brown.

Karhai mein cooking oil aur chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Tikka masala,lemon juice aur dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
2 minutes kliya koyla ka dhuwan dein (optional).
Black olives,pyaz,shimla mirch,cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Dough:
Chotay jug mein neem garam pani,cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 10 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida aur namak dal ker mix ker lein.
Cooking oil aur khameer ka mixture dal ker mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
Cooking oil dal ker dubara ghond lein.
Dhak ker 1 hour kliya garam jagha per rakh dein.
Chopper mein achari chips dal dein aur crumbled hunay tak chop ker lein & bowl mein nikal lein.
Bowl mein anday aur doodh dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
Haathon ko oil sa grease karein aur dough ko dubara smooth hunay tak ghond lein.
Chota dough lein aur maida chirak ker dough ko haathon ki madad sa pheela lein.
Pizza sauce dal ker pheela lein aur tayyar chicken pizza filling dal ker wrap karein aur edges ko seal ker ka ball bana lein (makes 8-10).
Ab pheetay hoye andon mein dip ker ka chopped chips mein coat ker lein.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
