Ingredients:
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
- Haldee powder (Turmeric powder) 1 pinch
- Fish fillets boneless 4
- Bread crumbs 1 Cup
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Makai ka atta (Corn meal) ½ Cup
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) powder ½ tsp
- Anday (Eggs) 2
- Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup
- Oil for frying
Herbed Mayo Sauce:
- Mayonnaise ½ Cup
- Pickled cucumber finely chopped 1 tbs
- Lemon juice 1 tbs
- Dried parsley ½ tsp
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) finely chopped 1 tbs
Assembling:
- Burger bun
- Salad patta (Lettuce leaf)
- Tamatar (Tomato) slices
- Crispy fish fillet
- Herbed Mayo sauce
Directions:
In bowl,add paprika powder,black pepper powder,salt,garlic powder,turmeric powder and mix well.
Season the fish fillets evenly from both sides with prepared spices & set aside.
In bowl,add bread crumbs,paprika powder and mix well & set aside.
In bowl,add corn meal,salt and black pepper powder,mix well & set aside.
In bowl,add eggs and water,whisk well & set aside.
In bowl,add all-purpose flour & set aside.
Now coat fish pieces in all-purpose flour and dip into beaten eggs then coat in corn meal and again dip into beaten eggs & coat in bread crumbs.
In frying pan,heat oil and fry until done.
For Herbed Mayo Sauce:
In bowl,add mayonnaise,pickled cucumber,lemon juice,dried parsley and fresh coriander and mix well.
Assembling:
On burger bun,place lettuce leaf,tomato slices,crispy fish fillet,herbed mayo sauce and top with bun & serve.

Bowl mein bread crumbs aur paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein makai ka atta,namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein anday aur pani dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein maida dal ker side per rakh dein.
Ab fish pieces ko maida mein coat karein aur pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker lein phir makai ka atta mein coat karein aur dubara pheetay hoye anday mein dip ker ka bread crumbs mein coat ker lein.
Frying pan mein oil garam karein aur fish ko fry ker lein.
For Herbed Mayo Sauce:
Bowl mein mayonnaise,pickled cucumber,lemon juice,dried parsley aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Assembling:
Burger bun mein salad patta,tamatar slices,crispy fish fillet aur herbed mayo sauce dal dein & top bun rakh ker serve karein.
