Ingredients:
-Cooking 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Band gobhi (Cabbage) shredded 1 Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) small cubes 1 Cup
-Gajar (Carrots) grated 1 Cup
-Matar (Peas) blanched 1 Cup
-Namak (Salt) 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) 1 tsp or to taste
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Dried oregano 2 tsp
-Olper’s Dairy Cream 1 Cup (room temperature)
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup
-Mozzarella cheese grated ½ Cup
-Cheddar cheese grated ½ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Water 1 Cup
-Breadcrumbs 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add onion,mix well & sauté until light golden.
-Add cabbage,capsicum,carrots,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add peas,salt,red chilli powder,cumin seeds,black pepper powder,dried oregano,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-On low flame,add cream,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add fresh coriander & mix well.
-Add breadcrumbs and mix well.
-Let it cool completely.
-Add mozzarella cheese,cheddar cheese & mix well.
-With greased hands,take small quantity of mixture (70g) & make rolls of equal sizes.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,gradually add water & whisk well.Flour slurry is ready!
-Now dip prepared rolls in flour slurry then coat with breadcrumbs and again dip in flour slurry & coat with breadcrumbs (makes 14).
-Can be stored for in freezer for up to 1 month.
Deep Fry:
-In wok,heat cooking oil and deep fry on medium flame until golden brown & crispy.
Bake:
-Brush creamy vegetable rolls with oil & bake in preheated oven at 200C 20-25 minutes (flip in between once after 15 minutes).
Air Fry:
-Brush creamy vegetable rolls with oil & air fry in preheated air at 200C fry for 10-12 minutes (flip in between once after 5 minutes).
-Serve with chilli mayonnaise sauce!

-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden ho janay tak sauté ker lein.
-Band gobhi,shimla mirch aur gajar dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Matar,namak,lal mirch powder,zeera,kali mirch powder aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Halki ancch per cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Breadcrumbs dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Mozzarella cheese aur cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Greased haathon ki madad sa mixture ki small quantity (70g) lein aur ek jaisay sizes ka rolls tayyar ker lein.
-Bowl mein maida,namak aur thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.Flour slurry tayyar hai.
-Ab rolls ko flour slurry mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein phir dubara flour slurry mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 14).
-1 month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Deep Fry:
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur darmiyani ancch per golden brown & crispy hunay tak deep fry ker lein.
Bake:
-Creamy vegetable rolls ko oil laga lein aur preheated oven mein 200C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein (flip in between once after 15 minutes).
Air Fry:
-Creamy vegetable rolls ko oil laga lein aur preheated air fry mein 200C per 10-12 minutes kliya bake ker lein (flip in between once after 5 minutes).
-Chilli mayonnaise sauce ka saath serve karein!
