Ingredients:
Vegetable Fried Rice:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Anday (Eggs) beaten 2
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part 1/4 Cup
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Bund gobhi (Cabbage) chopped 1/4 Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) chopped 1/4 Cup
- Yellow bell pepper chopped 1/4 Cup
- Gajar (Carrots) chopped 1/4 Cup
- Chicken powder 1 tbs (optional)
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tsp
- Soy sauce 2 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves 1/4 Cup
- Chawal (Rice) boiled ½ kg
Crispy Fried Chicken & Vegetables:
- Chicken julienne ½ kg
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Soy sauce 1 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) crushed 1 tsp
- Anday ki safeedi (Egg white) 1
- Corn flour 3/4 Cup
- Cooking oil for frying
- Soy sauce 1 & ½ tbs
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
- Brown sugar (powdered) ½ tbs
- Til ka tel (Sesame oil) ½ tsp
- Pani (Water) 1/4 Cup or as required
- Corn flour ½ tbs
- Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) white part 1/4 Cup
- Gajar (Carrots) julienne ½ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ½ Cup
- Yellow bell pepper julienne ½ Cup
- Bund gobhi (Cabbage) julienne ½ Cup
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
- Spaghetti boiled 100 gms
- Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Vegetable Fried Rice:
In wok,add cooking oil,beaten eggs and cook for 30 seconds and mix until crumbled.
Add green onion white part,garlic and mix well.
Add cabbage,capsicum,yellow bell pepper,carrot and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
Add chicken powder and mix well.
Add black pepper crushed,white pepper powder,salt,sesame oil,soy sauce and mix well.
Add green onion leaves and mix well.
Add boiled rice and give it a good mix & set aside.
Crispy Fried Chicken & Vegetables:
In bowl,add chicken,black pepper powder,white pepper powder,salt,soy sauce,garlic,egg white and mix well.
Add corn flour and coat well.
In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry chicken until golden brown and set aside.
In bowl,add soy sauce,white pepper powder,black pepper powder,salt,brown sugar,sesame oil,water and mix well.
Add corn flour,mix well & set aside
In wok,add cooking oil,green onion white part and mix.
Add carrots and mix well.
Add capsicum,yellow bell pepper,cabbage and stir fry for 1 minute.
Now add prepared sauce,mix well and cook sauce is thick.
Add fried chicken and give it a good mix.
Add green onion leaves and mix.
In spaghetti,add all-purpose flour and mix well.
In frying pan,heat cooking oil and fry spaghetti until golden and crispy & set aside.
Assembling:
In serving dish,add fried rice,crispy fried chicken with vegetables,fried egg noodles (crush with your hand), green onion leaves & serve!

Chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Kali mirch crushed,safed mirch powder,namak,til ka tel aur soy sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara pyaz ka leaves dal ker aceh tarhan mix karein.
Boiled chawal shamil karein aur mix ker lein aur side per rakh dein.

Bowl mein chicken,kali mirch powder,safed mirch powder,namak,soy sauce,lehsan aur anday ki safeedi dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Corn flour dal ker ache tarhan coat ker lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken ko golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Bowl mein soy sauce,safed mirch powder,kali mirch powder,namak,brown sugar,til ka tel aur pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein cooking oil aur hara pyaz white part dal ker mix karein.
Gajar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Shimla mirch,yellow bell pepper aur bund gobhi dal ker 1 minute kliya stir fry ker lein.
Ab tayyar sauce dal ker mix karein aur sauce garha hunay tak paka lein.
Fried chicken dal ker mix ker lein.
Hara pyaz dal ker mix karein.
Spaghetti mein maida dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur spaghetti ko golden & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
