Crispy Chicken Strips in Air fryer

Ingredients:

-Boneless chicken strips 500g

-Soy sauce 2 tbs

-Lemon juice 1 tbs

-Dried oregano ½ tbs

-Paprika powder 2 tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp

-Cooking oil 1 tsp (optional)

-Anday (Eggs) whisked 2

-Cornflakes crushed as required substitute: Breadcrumbs

-Dried parsley 1 tbs

-Cooking oil

Prepare Sauce:

-Mayonnaise ¾ Cup

-Tomato ketchup 2 tbs

-Bbq sauce ½ tbs

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ¼ tsp

-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp

-Sirka (Vinegar) ½ tbs

 

Directions:

-In a bowl,add chicken,soy sauce,lemon juice,dried oregano,paprika powder,garlic powder,pink salt, black pepper crushed & mix well.

-Add cooking oil & mix well,cover with cling film & marinate for 2 hours.

-In marinated chicken,add eggs & mix well.

-In cornflakes,add dried parsley,mix well & coat each chicken strip in cornflakes.

-Spread on a tray,cover with cling film & freeze for 24 hours.

-Chicken strips can be stored in freezer for up to 1 month.

-Place chicken in air fryer basket,spray cooking oil & air fry in preheated air fryer at 180°C until tender & crispy (10-12 minutes).

-Chiken strips can be fried in oil until golden & crispy.

Prepare Sauce:

-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,tomato ketchup,bbq sauce,black pepper crushed,pink salt,garlic powder, vinegar & mix well.

-Serve crispy chicken tenders with prepared sauce in lunch box!
