In a bowl,add chicken,chilli sauce,lemon juice,red chilli powder,chaat masala,salt,garam masala powder,green chilli,tomato ketchup,ginger garlic paste & mix well,cover & marinate for 30 minutes in refrigerator.
Add cornflour & mix well then thread into wooden skewers,coat with breadcrumb and press gently (makes 7-8).
In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry chicken skewers on low flame until golden brown & crispy.
Serve with tomato ketchup & chilli garlic sauce!
Bowl mein chicken,chilli sauce,lemon juice,lal mirch powder,chaat masala,namak,garam masaa powder,hari mirch,tomato ketchup aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
Cornflour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur wooden skewers per laga lein,breadcrumbs mein coat ker ka gently press ker lein (makes 7-8).
Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken skewers ko hali ancch per golden brown & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.
Tomato ketchup & chilli garlic sauce ka saath serve karein!
