Ingredients:
- Chilli sauce 2 tbs
- Tomato ketchup 2 tbs
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tbs
- Anda (Egg) 1
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Cornflour ¼ Cup
- Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ Cup
- Water ¼ Cup or as required
- Chicken boneless cubes 350g
- Cooking oil for frying
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tbs
- Tomato ketchup ¼ Cup
- Chilli sauce 3 tbs
- Soy sauce 2 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 & ½ tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
- Water ½ Cup or as required
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes 1 medium
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes 1 medium
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves 1-2 tbs
- Penne pasta 150g (boiled as per pack’s instruction)

Directions:
In a bowl,add chilli sauce,tomato ketchup,ginger garlic paste,egg,black pepper powder,salt,cornflour, all-purpose flour and whisk well.
Gradually add water and whisk well.
Add chicken and mix well.
In a wok,heat cooking oil and fry chicken on medium low flame until golden brown & set aside.
In a wok,add cooking oil,garlic,ginger and mix well for a minute.
Add tomato ketchup,chilli sauce,soy sauce,vinegar,black pepper crushed,salt,red chilli crushed and mix well.
Add water and mix well.
Add onion,capsicum,fried chicken and mix well.
Add green onion leaves and mix well.
Now add boiled penne pasta and give it a good mix.
Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Karhai mein cooking oil garam karein aur chicken ko darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein cooking oil,lehsan aur adrak dal ker ek minute kliya ache tarhan mix karein.
Tomato ketchup,chilli sauce,soy sauce,sirka,kali mirch crushed,namak aur lal mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pyaz,shimla mirch aur fried chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara pyaz leaves dal ker mix karein.
Ab boiled penne paste shamil karein aur ache tarhan mix ker lein.
