Ingredients:
Prepare Spicy Sriracha Dip Sauce:
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Sirka (Vinegar) 2 tbs
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch or to taste
-Sugar powdered 1 & ½ tsp
-Sriracha sauce 1 & ½ tbs
-Hari pyaz (Spring onion) leaves chopped 2 tbs
Prepare Crispy Chicken Karaage:
-Boneless chicken preferably thighs ½ kg
-Lehsan (Garlic) 3 cloves
-Adrak (Ginger) 1 & ½ inch piece
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Soy sauce 2 tbs
-Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 1 & ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) ¼ Cup
-Potato starch 1 Cup or as required
-Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Spicy Sriracha Dip Sauce:
-In a bowl,add soy sauce,vinegar,sesame oil,salt,sugar,sriracha sauce,spring onion,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Crispy Chicken Karaage:
-Cut boneless chicken thighs into pieces & transfer to a bowl.
-Grated garlic & ginger with the help of grater
-Add salt,black pepper powder,caster sugar,soy sauce,sesame oil & mix well,cover & marinate for 2-4 hours in refrigerator.
-Add all-purpose flour & coat chicken pieces well.
-In a bowl,add potato starch & coat each piece of marinated chicken in potato starch.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry for 2 minutes.
-Takeout & let it rest for a minute.
-Repeat the process twice until golden & crispy.
-Garnish with green onion leaves & serve with prepared spicy sriracha dip sauce!

Prepare Crispy Chicken Karaage:
-Boneless chicken thighs ko pieces mein cut ker lein & bolw mein nikal lein.
-Lehsan & garlic ko grater ki madad sa grate ker lein.
-Namakl,kali mirch powder,bareek cheeni,soy sauce aur til ka tel dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 2-4 hours kliya refrigerator mein marinate ker lein.
-Maida dal ker chicken pieces ko ache tarhan coat ker lein.
-Bowl mein potato starch dal dein aur marinated chicken pieces ko potato starch mein coat ker lein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur 2 minutes kliya fry ker lein.
-Nikal lein aur ek minute kliya rest dein.
-Golden & crispy ho janay tak yehe process dubara karein.
-Hara pyaz leaves sa garnish ker lein & spicy sriracha dip sauce ka saath serve karein!
