Crispy Chicken Flatbread Sliders

Ingredients:

Prepare Flat Bread:

-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups

-Baking powder 1 tsp

-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste

-Dahi (Yogurt) ½ Cup

-Water ½ Cup or as required

Prepare Crispy Chicken Sliders:

-Chicken fillets small 400g

-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste

-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp

-Dried oregano ½ tsp

-Lemon juice 1-2 tbs

-Cornflakes 1 Cup substitute: Breadcrumbs

-Paprika powder 1 tsp

-Dried oregano ½ tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp

-Mustard powder ½ tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup

-Anday (Eggs) 2

-Cooking oil for frying

Prepare Spicy Mayo Sauce:

-Mayonnaise 1/3 Cup

-Hot sauce 2 tbs

-Mustard paste ½ tbs

-Paprika powder ¼ tsp

-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp

-Sugar powdered ½ tsp

-Lemon juice 1 tsp

-Salad patta (Lettuce leaves)

 

Directions:

Prepare Flat Bread:

-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,baking powder,salt & mix well.

-Add yogurt & mix well.

-Gradually add water,mix well & knead until dough is formed,cover & let it rest for 10 minutes.

-Sprinkle dry flour & roll out the dough with the help of rolling pin.

-Cut 6-inch of round dough with the help of cutter.

-On heated griddle,place rolled dough & cook on medium flame from both sides until light golden.

Prepare Crispy Chicken Sliders:

-Pound chicken fillets from both sides with the help of meat mallet.

-Sprinkle salt,black pepper powder,paprika powder,garlic powder,dried oregano & lemon juice on both side,rub gently & marinate for 10 minutes.

-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour.

-In another bowl,add eggs & whisk well.

-In ziplock bag,add cornflakes & crush coarsely.

-In bowl,add cornflakes,paprika powder,dried oregano,garlic powder,mustard powder & mix well.

-Now coat marinated chicken in all-purpose flour then dip in whisked eggs & coat with cornflakes.

-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry on low flame from both sides until golden & crispy.

Prepare Spicy Mayo Sauce:

-In a bowl,add mayonnaise,hot sauce,mustard sauce,paprika powder,garlic powder,sugar,lemon juice,mix well & transfer to a squeeze bottle.

Assembling:

-On a flat bread,add lettuce leaves,crispy chicken slider,drizzle spicy mayo sauce & serve (makes 4)!
