Ingredients:
-Chakki ka atta (Whole wheat flour) sifted 250g (1 & ¾ Cup)
-Atta ki bhoosi (Wheat bran) 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Baking powder 1 tsp
-Sugar ground ¼ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 150g
-Doodh (Milk) ¼ Cup
Directions:
-In a bowl,add whole wheat flour,wheat bran,salt,baking powder,sugar & mix well.
-Add butter & mix well until it crumbles.
-Gradually add milk & knead until dough is formed,cover & refrigerate for 30 minutes.
-Place the dough on a clean surface,divide into two portions,take one part,make a ball & roll out with the help of rolling pin (roll out 2 mm thick dough).
Note: Dough must be chilled.
-With the help of cookie cutter (2.25 inches),cut into round shapes (2 mm thick biscuits).
-Place cookies on a baking tray lined with butter paper & stamp them with the help of cookie stamp (makes 30 biscuits) & refrigerate for 15 minutes.
-Bake in preheated oven at 160C for 20 minutes (on both grills).
-Take out from oven & let them cool completely on a cooling rack.
-Can be stored in an airtight jar for up to 1 week.

-Makhan dal dein aur crumble ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya refrigerator mein rakh dein.
-Clean surface per dough rakh dein,do hisson mein divide ker lein,ek part la ker balla bana lein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein (roll out 2 mm thick dough).
Note: Dough ko thanda huna chahiya.
-Cookie cutter (2.25 inches) ki madad sa round shape mein cut ker lein (2 mm thick biscuits).
-Baking tary per butter paper laga lein aur cookies rakh ker cookie stamp ki madad sa stamp laga lein (makes 30 biscuits) aur 15 minutes klliya refrigerate ker lein.
-Preheated oven mein 160C per 20 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills).
-Oven sa nikal lein aur cooling rack per rakh ka thanda ker lein.
-1 week kliya airtight jar mein dal ker store ker saktay han.
