Ingredients:
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) sliced 3 cloves
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Tomato paste 2 tbs
-Gajar (Carrots) sliced 1 medium
-Tamatar (Tomatoes) cubes 1 kg
-Water 6-8 Cups
-Chicken stock cube 1
-Tez patta (Bay leaf) 1
-Sugar 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 3 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dried basil 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Olper’s Cream 200ml (room temperature)
-Fresh parsley chopped 1 tbs

Directions:
-In a pot,add olive oil,garlic & mix well.
-Add onion,mix well & sauté until translucent.
-Add tomato paste & mix well.
-Add carrots,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add tomatoes & mix well.
-Add water,chicken stock cube,bay leaf,sugar,mix well & bring it to boil,cover partially & cook on low flame for 20-25 minutes.
-Remove bay leaf,turn off the flame and blend well with the help of hand blender then strain & set aside.
-In a pot,add butter & let it melt.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for 30 seconds.
-Add strained tomato mixture & mix well.
-Add salt,dried basil,black pepper powder,mix well & cook on medium flame until thickens (6-8 minutes).
-On low flame,add cream & whisk well.
-Add fresh parsley & mix well.
-Garnish with cream,fresh parsley & serve!

-Pani,chicken stock cube,tez patta aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad partially dhak dein aur halki ancch per 20-25 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Tez patta ko nikal lein,chulha bund ker dein aur hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein phir strain ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 30 seconds kliya paka lein.
-Strained tamatar mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Namak,dried basil aur kali mirch powder dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes).
-Halki ancch per cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Fresh parsley dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Cream & fresh parsley sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
