Ingredients:
Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling:
-Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) crushed 1 tbs
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 3 tbs
-Lemon juice 1 tbs
-Tikka masala 2 tbs
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 & ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Chicken fillets 400g
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Water 2-3 tbs
-Olper’s Cream ¾ Cup (room temperature)
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped handful
Prepare Naan Dough:
-Lukewarm water ½ Cup or as required
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tsp
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 2 tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 Cups
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Baking soda ¼ tsp
-Olper’s Milk lukewarm ¾ Cup
-Cooking oil 2 tsp
-Olper’s Milk
-Til (Sesame seeds) black & white
-Salt water (1 tbs salt in ¼ Cup water)
-Makhan (Butter)
Directions:
Prepare Creamy Chicken Filling:
-In a bowl,add ginger garlic paste,green chilli,yogurt,lemon juice,tikka masala,cumin powder,salt & whisk well.
-Add chicken fillets and mix well,cover & marinate for 15 minutes.
-On a cast iron pan,add cooking oil,marinated chicken (reserve marinade for later use) and cook for 2 minutes and apply remaining marinade on chicken,add water,cover & cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes and turn sides in between.
-Turn off the flame & shred chicken with the help of fork.
-Turn on the flame & cook on medium flame for 2 minutes.
-Let it cool.
-Add cream,fresh coriander,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Naan Dough:
-In a small jug,add lukewarm water,caster sugar,instant yeast and mix well,cover & let it rest for 5 minutes.
-In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,salt,baking soda & mix well.
-Add yeast mixture,gradually add milk,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Add cooking oil and knead dough again,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
-Sprinkle dry flour and knead until dough is smooth.
-Take a small dough (175g) and make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & flatten the sides of dough by pressing it with the help of hands.
-Add prepared creamy chicken filling in center (2-3 tbs),fold all the edges to seal the filling,pinch & seal the edges.
-Sprinkle dry flour & roll out gently with the help of rolling pin.
-Apply milk with the help of brush & sprinkle sesame seeds.
-Now flip the naan carefully & apply salt water on one side of rolled dough with the help of hands.
-Heat griddle on medium flame,place naan (wet side down) & cook on low flame until it starts to bubble & bottom has browned then flip the griddle & cook other side directly on the flame until it turns brown or charred.
-Apply butter on top side (makes 4).
-Serve creamy tikka resha naan with raita.

-Cast iron pan mein cooking oil aur marinated chicken dal dein (reserve marinade for later use) aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein aur remaining marinade laga lein,pani dal dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 6-8 minutes kliya pala lein aur bech bech mein sides change kertay rahein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur fork ki madad sa shred ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Cream aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Naan Dough:
-Chotay jug mein neem garam pani,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5 minutes kliya chor dein.
-Bowl mein maida,namak aur baking soda dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Khameer mixture aur thora thora ker ka doodh shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil dal ker dough ko dubara ghond lein aur dhak ker 1 hour proof hunay kliya rakh dein (warm place).
-Maida chirak dein aur ghond ker smooth dough tayyar ker lein.
-Chota dough lein (175g) aur ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur dough ki sides ko haath ki madad sa flat ker lein.
-Tayyar creamy chicken filling 2-3 tbs ko dough ka center mein dal dein aur edges ko fold ker ka filling ko seal ker lein,pinch ker ka seal edges ko seal ker lein.
-Maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa gently bail lein.
-Brush ki madad sa doodh laga ker til chirak dein.
-Ab naan ko flip ker lein aur haath ki madad sa ek side per salt water laga lein.
-Darmiyani ancch per tawa garam karein,naan (wet side down) rakh dein aur halki ancch per paka lein yahan tak ka bubbles ajayein aur bottom sa brown ho jayein phir tawa ko flip karein aur dosri side ko directly chulay per brown or charred hunay tak paka lein.
-Top per makhan laga lein (makes 4).
-Creamy tikka resha naan ko raita ka saath serve karein!
