In cast iron frying pan,add olive oil,garlic and mix well.
Add onion and sauté for a minute.
Add spinach,mix well and sauté until spinach is wilted (2-3 minutes).
Add stock,salt,red chilli crushed and black pepper crushed,mix well and cook until water is reduced (3-4 minutes).
Add Olper’s cream,mix well and cook until cream is thickened (3-4 minutes).
Add eggs,one by one then add black pepper crushed,chedder cheese and fresh coriander,cover and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes & serve!

Olper’s cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cream garhe ho janay tak paka lein (3-4 minutes).
Ek,ek ker ka anday shamil karein,kali mirch crushed,cheddar cheese aur hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein & serve karein!
