Ingredients:
Prepare Pesto Sauce:
-Fresh basil leaves 1 Cup
-Lehsan (Garlic) 5-6 cloves
-Badam (Almonds) chopped 5-6
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced 1
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 1 & ½ tbs
-Olive oil 3-4 tbs
Prepare Creamy Pesto Pasta:
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Boneless chicken strips 250g
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 2 tsp
-Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Sundried tomatoes julienne ½ Cup
-Yakhni (Stock) 1 Cup
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp or to taste
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Olper’s Cream 200ml (room temperature)
-Penne pasta boiled 250g
-Fresh basil leaves
Directions:
Prepare Pesto sauce:
-In a grinding machine,add fresh basil leaves,garlic,almonds,green chilli,pink salt,lemon juice,olive oil, blend well & set aside.
Prepare Creamy Pesto Pasta:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add black pepper powder,paprika powder,pink salt,lemon juice,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up & set aside.
-In the same wok,add onion,garlic & sauté for a minute.
-Add sundried tomatoes & mix well.
-Add stock,black pepper crushed,red chilli crushed,pink salt,prepared pesto sauce & mix well.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & mix well.
-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.
-Add pasta,cooked chicken & give it a good mix.
-Garnish with fresh basil leaves & serve!

-Us he karahi mein pyaz aur lehsan dal ker ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Sundried tomatoes dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Yakhni,kali mirch crushed,lal mirch crushed,pink salt aur tayyar pesto sauce dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur halki ancch per 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pasta aur cooked chicken dal ker mix ker lein.
-Fresh basil leaves sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
