Ingredients:
- Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Mushrooms chopped ½ Cup
- Mozzarella cheese grated 1 Cup
- Cream cheese 4 tbs
- Jalapenos chopped ¼ Cup
- Fresh parsley chopped 2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
- Onion powder ½ tsp
- Chicken fillets 3
- Namak (Salt) to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) to taste
- Breadcrumbs (Panko) 1 & ½ Cup or as required
- Mixed herbs 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Anday (Eggs) whisked 3 or as required
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
Add garlic & mix well.
Add mushrooms,mix well & sauté for 2-3 minutes.
Let it cool.
In a bowl,add mozzarella cheese,cream cheese spread,jalapenos,fresh parsley,salt,black pepper powder,garlic powder,onion powder,sauteed mushrooms & mix until well combined & refrigerate for 15 minutes.
Use a sharp knife to cut the side of each chicken fillet and stuffed prepared filling and insert tooth pick or skewer to seal the stuffing.
Sprinkle with salt,black pepper powder & rub on both sides of stuffed chicken.
In panko breadcrumbs,add mixed herbs,salt & mix well.
Now dip stuffed chicken into whisked eggs and coat with breadcrumbs then again dip into whisked eggs and coat with breadcrumbs (makes 3).
In a frying pan,heat cooking oil & shallow fry stuffed chicken on medium flame until golden brown.
Take out on a baking tray & bake in preheated oven at 180C for 20-25 minutes (on both grills).
Cut from the center & serve with 7Up.

Bowl mein mozzarella cheese,cream cheese spread,jalapenos,fresh parsley,namak,kali mirch powder,lehsan powder,onion powder aur sauteed mushrooms dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & 15 minutes kliya refrigerator mein rakh dein.
Sharp knife ki madad sa chiclen fillet ko side sa cut ker lein aur tayyar filling bhar dein,tooth pick or skewer ki masas sa stuffing ko seal ker lein.
Namak aur kali mirch powder dal ker stuffed chicken ki dono sides per rub ker lein.
Panko breadcrumbs mein mixed herbs aur namak dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab stuffed chicken ko pheetay hoye anday mein dip karein aur breadcrumbs mein coat ker ka dubara breadcrumbs mein coat ker lein (makes 3).
Frying pan mein cooking oil garam karein aur stuffed chicken ko darmiyani ancch per golden brown ho janay tak fry ker lein.
Baking tray mein nikal lein aur preheated oven mein 180C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein (on both grills).
Center sa cut ker lein aur 7up k saath serve karein!
