Ingredients:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Chicken strips 300g
- Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed ½ tsp
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) ½ tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
- Lehsan (Garlic) finely chopped 2 tbs
- Maida (All-purpose flour) ½ tbs
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Paprika powder 1 tsp
- Pyaz (Onion) small cubes ½ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) small cubes ½ Cup
- Water ½ Cup or as required
- Chicken stock cube 1
- Olper’s dairy cream ½ Cup
- Dried Parsley 1 tsp
- Mixed herbs ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Lehsan (Garlic) 5-6 cloves
- Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves 2 tbs
- Cheddar cheese grated ¼ Cup
- Bran bread slices as required
- Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
In frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken,salt,black pepper powder,red chilli crushed,ginger garlic paste,mix well and cook on medium flame or 8-10 minutes then cook on high flame until dries up.
Take out in bowl & set aside.
In the same frying pan,add butter,cooking oil and let it melt.
Add garlic and mix well.
Add all-purpose flour,black pepper crushed,paprika powder and mix well.
Add onion,capsicum and mix well.
Add water and mix well.
Add chicken stock cube,mix well and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
On low flame,add cream and whisk well.
Add dried parsley,mixed herbs,salt,garlic (crush with the help of knife),green onion leaves and mix well.
Add cheddar cheese,mix well and cook until cheese melts (1-2 minutes).
Now add cooked chicken,mix well & set aside.
On frying pan,toast bran bread slices from both sides until light brown.
Assembling:
On toasted bread slices,add creamy chicken garlic sauce,garnish with fresh parsley & serve!

Frying pan mein cooking oil,chicken,namak,kali mirch powder,lal mirch crushed aur adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein.
Bowl mein nikal lein & side per rakh dein.
Us he frying pan mein makhan aur cooking oil dal ker melt ker lein.
Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Maida,kali mirch crushed aur paprika powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pyaz aur shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chicken stock cube dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Chulha halka karein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Dried parsley,mixed herbs,namak,lehsan (knife ki madad sa crush ker lein) aur hara pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Cheddar cheese dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein (1-2 minutes).
Ab cooked chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Frying pan mein bran bread slices ko dono sides sa light brown hunay tak toast ker lein.
Assembling:
Toasted bread slices per creamy chicken garlic sauce dal dein aur fresh parsley sa garnish ker ka serve karein!
