Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 1 tbs
-Blue band margarine 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) 2 medium
-Lehsan (Garlic) 4-5 cloves
-Sukhi lal mirch (Dried red chillies) 2
-Badam (Almonds) peeled 6-7
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) handful
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Blue band margarine 1 tbs
-Lal mirch powder (Red chilli powder) ¼ tsp or to taste
-Himalayan pink salt ¼ tsp or to taste
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) 1/8 tsp
-Zarda ka rang (Orange food color) 1 pinch
-Anday (Eggs) boiled 6
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Blue band margarine 2-3 tbs
-Darchini (Cinnamon stick) 1
-Sabut kali mirch (Black peppercorns) 4-5
-Dhania powder (Coriander powder) ½ tbs
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera powder (Cumin powder) 1 tsp
-Haldi powder (Turmeric powder) ¼ tsp
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp or to taste
-Dahi (Yogurt) whisked ½ Cup
-Cream 2 tbs
-Water ¼ Cup or as required
-Garam masala powder ¼ tsp
-Kasuri methi (Dried fenugreek leaves) 1 tsp
-Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
-Hari mirch (Green chilli) sliced
Directions:
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,margarine & let it melt.
-Add onion,garlic,dried red chillied,almonds,mix well & fry until light golden.
-Let it cool.
-Transfer to blending jar,add water,fresh coriander,blend well & set aside.
-In frying pan,add cooking oil,margarine & let it melt.
-Add red chilli powder,pink salt,turmeric powder,orange food color & mix well.
-Make cuts on eggs with the help of knife & mix well until eggs are well coated with spices & set aside.
-In a pot,add cooking oil,margarine & let it melt.
-Add cinnamon stick,black peppercorn & mix well.
-Add blended paste,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Add coriander powder,black pepper powder,cumin powder,turmeric powder,pink salt,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add yogurt,mix well & cook until oil separates.
-Turn off flame,add cream,mix well & turn on the flame.
-Add water,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add fried eggs,garam masala powder,dried fenugreek leaves,fresh coriander,cover & cook on low flame for 4-5 minutes.
-Garnish with green chilli & serve with chapati!

-Pyaz,lehsan,sukhi lal mirch aur badam dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur light golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.
-Blending jar mein pani aur hara dhania dal ker ache tarhan blend ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Frying pan mein cooking oil aur margarine dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lal mirch powder,pin salt,haldi powder aur zarda ka rang dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Anday per knife ki madad sa cuts laga lein aur andon ko spices mein ache tarhan coat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Pot mein cooking oil aur margarine dal ker melt ker lein.
-Darchini aur sabut kali mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Blended paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dhania powder,kali mirch powder,zeera powder,haldi powder aur pink salt dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag ho janay tak paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein,cream dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur chulha on ker lein.
-Pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Fried anday,garam masala powder,kasuri methi aur hara dhania dal ker dhak dein aur halki ancch per 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Hari mirch sa garnish ker ka chapatti ka saath serve karein!
