Ingredients:
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Chicken boneless julienne cut 400g
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) ½ tsp
-Paprika powder ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Lemon juice 3-4 tbs
-Olper’s Milk 1 & ½ Cup
-Olper’s cream ½ Cup (room temperature)
-Chicken powder 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) 3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 2 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 small
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Mustard paste 1 & ½ tbs
-Soya (Dill) chopped 1 tbs
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese ¼ Cup or as required
-Rigatoni pasta 250g (boiled with salt)
-Soya (Dill) chopped 1 tbs
-Pickled cucumber chopped 1 tbs (optional)
-Soya (Dill) chopped
-Pickled cucumber sliced
Directions:
-In a wok,add cooking oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.
-Add black pepper crushed,garlic powder,paprika powder,salt,lemon juice,mix well & cook on medium flame for 4-5 minutes then cook on high flame until it dries up & set aside.
-In a jug,add milk,cream,chicken powder,whisk well & set aside.
-In the same wok,add butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & mix well.
-Add onion & sauté for 1-2 minutes.
-Add prepared milk & cream mixture & whisk well.
-Add black pepper powder,salt,mustard paste,dill,mix well & cook on medium flame until it thickens (1-2 minutes).
-Add cheddar cheese & mix well until cheese melts.
-Add boiled pasta,cooked chicken,dill,pickled cucumber & give it a good mix.
-Garnish with dill,pickled cucumber & serve!

-Jug mein doodh,cream aur chicken powder dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Pyaz dal dein aur 1-2 minutes kliya sauté ker lein.
-Tayyar doodh & cream mixture dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Kali mirch powder,namak,mustard paste aur soya dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per garha ho janay tak apak lein (1-2 minutes).
-Cheddar cheese aur cheese melt ho janay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
