Ingredients:
Prepare Creamy Coconut Filling:
- Nariyal (Fresh coconut) 2 Cups
- Ghee 2 tbs
- Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
- Olper’s Dairy cream ½ Cup
- Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) 1 tsp
- Sugar ½ Cup
- Badam (Almonds) sliced ¼ Cup
- Pista (Pistachios) sliced ¼ Cup
Prepare Dough:
- Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 2 Cups
- Sooji (Semolina) ½ Cup
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Ghee 3 tbs
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 1 tsp
- Cooking oil for frying
Directions:
Prepare Creamy Coconut Filling:
In a chopper,add coconut,chop well & set aside.
In a wok,add ghee & let it melt.
Add chopped coconut,mix well & roast on low flame until fragrant (5-6 minutes).
Add milk,cream,cardamom powder,sugar & mix well,cover & cook on low flame for 8-10 minutes then cook on medium flame until dries up (4-5 minutes).
Add almonds,pistachios,mix well & cook for a minute.
Let it cool completely.
Prepare Dough:
In a bowl,add all-purpose flour,semolina,salt,ghee & mix until it crumbles.
Gradually add water & knead until dough is formed,grease with cooking oil,cover & let it rest for 30 minutes.
Knead dough again until smooth,sprinkle dry flour & divide the dough into 2 parts.
Take one part and make a ball,sprinkle dry flour & roll out with the help of rolling pin.
Cut round shape with the help of 4-inch cutter.
On samosa cutter,place round dough,add creamy coconut filling,apply water on the edges and close samosa cutter to make samosa shape.
On round dough,add creamy coconut filling,apply water on the edges,flip one side press & fold to make a samosa shape (makes 22-23).
Can be stored in airtight container for up to 1 month in freezer.
Don’t thaw before using & fry immediately.
Deep Fry:
In wok,heat cooking oil and fry on low flame until golden brown & crispy.
Baking:
Brush oil on creamy coconut samosa & bake in preheated oven at 200C for 20-25 minutes (flip in between once after 15 minutes).
Air Fry:
Brush oil on creamy coconut samosa & air fry in preheated air fry at 200C for 12-15 minutes flip in between once after 6 minutes).

Chopper mein nariyal dal ker ache tarhan chop ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Karahi mein ghee dal ker melt ker lein.
Chopped nariyal dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur halki ancch per khushbu anay tak roast ker lein (5-6 minutes).
Doodh,cream,elaichi powder aur cheeni dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 8-10 minutes kliya paka lein phir darmiyani ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
Badam aur pista dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
Thanda ker lein.
Prepare Dough:
Bowl mein maida,sooji,namak aur ghee dal dein aur crumble hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein aur dhak ker 30 minutes kliya rakh dein.
Dough ko smooth hunay tak dubara ghodn lein,maida chirak dein aur dough ko 2 parts mein divide ker lein.
Ek part lein aur ball bana lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa bail lein.
4-inch cutter ki madad sa round shape mein cut ker lein.
Samosa cutter mein round dough rakh dein,creamy coconut filling dal ker edges per pani laga lein aur samosa cutter ko close ker ka samosa ki shape bana lein.
Round dough mein creamy coconut filling dal ker edges per pani laga lein, ek side ko flip ker lein aur fold ker ka samosa ki shape bana lein (makes 22-23).
Airtight container mein rakh ker 1 month kliya freezer mein store ker saktay han.
Use kernay sa pehlay thaw na kerin aur foran fry ker lein.
Deep Fry:
Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur halki ancch per golden brown & crispy hunay tak fry ker lein.
Baking:
Creamy coconut samosa per oil laga lein aur preheated oven mein 200C per 20-25 minutes kliya bake ker lein (flip in between once after 15 minutes).
Air Fry:
Creamy coconut samosa per oil laga lein aur preheated air fry mein 200C per 12-15 minutes kliya air fry ker lein (flip in between once after 6 minutes).
