Ingredients:

-Anda (Egg) 1

-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolk) 1

-Olper’s Cream 1/3 Cup

-Parmesan cheese 2 & ½ tbs

-Chicken stock hot ½ Cup

-Olive oil 2 tbs

-Boneless chicken thighs small cubes 200g

-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs

-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp

-Himalayan pink salt 1 tsp or to taste

-Spaghetti boiled with salt 200g

-Chicken stock ½ Cup

-Fresh parsley chopped

 

Directions:

-In a small jug,add egg,egg yolk,cream,parmesan cheese & whisk well.

-Gradually add chicken stock,whisk continuously & set aside.

-In a frying pan,add olive oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.

-Add garlic,black pepper crushed,pink salt,mix well & cook on medium flame for 2-3 minutes.

-Add spaghetti & give it a good mix.

-Turn off the flame,add chicken stock,prepared creamy carbonara sauce & mix well.

-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.

-Sprinkle fresh parsley & serve!
