Ingredients:
Prepare Cajun Seasoning:
-Paprika powder 2 tsp
-Lehsan powder (Garlic powder) 1 tsp
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Dried oregano 1 tsp
-Cayenne powder 1 tsp
-Dried thyme 1 tsp
-Onion powder 1 tsp
-Dried basil 1 tsp
-Olper’s Dairy Cream 1 Cup
-Water 1 & ½ Cup
-Chicken powder 1 & ½ tbs
-Cooking oil 2 tbs
-Chicken boneless cut in strips ½ kg
-Cooking oil 2-3 tbs
-Mushrooms sliced 1 Cup
-Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 Cup
-Shimla mirch (Capsicum) sliced 1 Cup
-Penne pasta 300g (boiled as per pack’s instruction)
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves chopped 2 tbs
-Hara pyaz (Green onion) leaves
Directions:
Prepare Cajun Seasoning:
-In a bowl,add paprika powder,garlic powder,black pepper powder,salt,dried oregano,cayenne powder, dried thyme,onion powder,dried basil & mix well.Cajun seasoning is ready!
-In a jug,add cream,water,chicken powder,whisk well & set aside.
-In a wok,add cooking oil,chicken and mix well until it changes color and cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Add 1 tbs of prepared cajun seasoning (reserve remaining for later use),mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes,take out in a bowl & set aside.
-In the same wok,add cooking oil,mushrooms & sauté for a minute.
-Add onion,capsicum,mix well & cook for a minute.
-Add reserved cajun seasoning & mix well.
-Now add prepared cream mixture,mix well & bring it to boil.
-Add boiled pasta,cooked chicken & mix well.
-Add green onion green and mix well.
-Garnish with green onion leaves & serve!

-1 tbs tayyar cajun seasoning (reserve remaining for later use) dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein aur alag bowl mein nikal lein & side per rakh dein.
-Us he karahi mein cooking oil aur mushroom dal dein aur ek minute kliya sauté ker lein.
-Pyaz aur shimla mirch dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Reserved cajun seasoning dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Ab tayyar cream mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein aur ubal anay dein.
-Boiled pasta aur cooked chicken dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Hara pyaz leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
