Ingredients:
Prepare Crispy Garlic Croutons:
-Bread slices as required
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Olive oil 1 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Kali mirch (Black Pepper) crushed to taste
-Namak (Salt) to taste
-Dried parsley to taste
Prepare Cream of Chicken Soup:
-Makhan (Butter) 1-2 tbs
-Olive oil 2 tbs
-Boneless chicken small cubes 400g
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tbs
-Pyaz (Onion) chopped 1 medium
-Celery ¼ Cup
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 4-5 tbs
-Water 1 & ½ litre
-Chicken stock cubes 2
-Dried thyme 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
-Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
-Olper’s Dairy cream 200ml
-Breadcrumbs roasted
-Fresh parsley chopped
Directions:
Prepare Crispy Garlic Croutons:
-Cut bread slices into small cubes.
-In a frying pan,add butter,olive oil & let it melt.
-Add garlic & mix well.
-Add bread cubes & mix well.
-Add black pepper crushed,salt,dried parsley,toss well for a minute & set aside.
Prepare Cream of Chicken Soup:
-In a pot,add butter,olive oil & let it melt.
-Add chicken and mix well until it changes color.
-Add garlic,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add onion & mix well.
-Add celery & mix well.
-Add all-purpose flour,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes.
-Add water,chicken stock cubes,mix well and bring it to boil,cover partially & cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
-Turn off the flame and blend well with the help of blender.
Note: If using a non-stick pan,make sure blender doesn’t touch the bottom of pan.
-Turn on the flame and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes.
-Add dried thyme,salt,white pepper powder,black pepper crushed,mix well & cook for 4-5 minutes.
-Turn off the flame,add cream & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame & cook for a minute
-Garnish with roasted breadcrumbs,fresh parsley,crispy garlic croutons & serve hot

-Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pyaz dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Celery dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Pani aur chicken stock cubes dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ubal anay ka bad partially dhak dein aur halki ancch per 12-15 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur hand blender ki madad sa ache tarhan blend ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur halki ancch per 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Dried thyme,namak,safed mirch powder aur kali mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 4-5 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Chulha bund ker dein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Chulha on karein aur ek minute kliya paka lein.
-Roasted breadcrumbs,fresh parsley aur crispy garlic croutons sa garnish ker lein aur garam serve karein!
