Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken:
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
- Chicken boneless small cubes 250g
- Adrak lehsan paste (Ginger garlic paste) 1 tsp
- Tandoori masala 2 tbs
- Dahi (Yogurt) whisked 2-3 tbs
Prepare Liquid Dough:
- Sunridge Super fine atta (Flour) sifted 2 & ½ Cups
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp
- Sugar 2 tsp
- Dried oregano 1 tsp
- Anday (Eggs) 2
- Doodh (Milk) 1 Cup
- Water 1 Cup or as required
- Cooking oil 2 tbs
Assembling:
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) cubes
- Tamatar (Tomato) deseeded & cubes
- Pyaz (Onion) cubes
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
- Pizza sauce 3-4 tbs or as required
- Cheddar cheese grated
- Mozzarella cheese grated
- Black olives sliced
- Pickled jalapenos sliced
- Dried oregano
- Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed
Directions:
Prepare Chicken:
In a frying pan,add cooking oil,chicken & mix well until it changes color.
Add ginger garlic paste,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
Add tandoori masala,yogurt,mix well & cook for 2-3 minutes,cover & cook on medium flame until tender (6-8 minutes) then cook on high flame until dries up & set aside.
Prepare Liquid Dough:
In a bowl,add super fine flour,salt,sugar,dried oregano & mix well.
Add eggs,milk (add gradually) & whisk well.
Gradually add water & whisk well until desired consistency.
Add cooking oil,whisk well & set aside.
Assembling:
Grease 9x12 inch baking tray with cooking oil,pour half quantity of liquid dough,spread evenly and tap few times.
Add cooked chicken pieces,capsicum,tomato,onion & red chilli crushed.
Bake in preheated oven at 180C for 15 minutes.
Take out from oven,pour pizza sauce & spread evenly.
Add cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,black olives,pickled jalapenos,dried oregano & red chilli crushed (makes 2 pizzas).
Bake again in preheated oven at 180C until cheese melts (10 minutes).
Cut into slices & serve!

Frying pan mein cooking oil aur chicken dal dein aur rang tabdeel hunay tak ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Adrak lehsan paste dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Tandoori masala aur dahi dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein aur dhak ker darmiyani ancch per gul janay tak paka lein (6-8 minutes) phir tez ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein & side per rakh dein.
Prepare Liquid Dough:
Bowl mein super fine atta,namak,cheeni aur dried oregano dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Anday aur doodh (thora thora ker ka shamil karein) aur ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Thora thora ker ka pani shamil karein aur desired consistency anay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
Cooking oil dal ker ache tarhan whisk karein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
9x12 inch baking tray ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur liquid dough ki half quantity dal ker evenly pheela lein aur few times tap karein.
Cooked chicken pieces,shimla mirch,tamatar aur pyaz dal dein.
Preheated oven mein 180C per 15 minutes kliya bake ker lein.
Oven sa nikal lein ar pizza sauce dal ker evenly pheela lein.
Cheddar cheese,mozzarella cheese,black olives,pickled jalapenos,dried oregano aur lal mirch crushed dal dein (makes 2 pizzas).
Preheated oven mein 180C per cheese melt ho jay tak dubara bake ker lein (10 minutes).
Slices mein cut ker ka serve karein!
