Ingredients:
-Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tbs
-Corn kernels boiled 1 Cup
-Palak (Baby spinach) chopped 200g
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 2 tbs
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 tsp
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp or to taste
-Kali mirch powder (Black pepper powder) ½ tsp
-Zeera (Cumin seeds) roasted & crushed ½ tsp
-Olper’s Milk 1 Cup
-Fresh basil leaves chopped ½ tbs
-Olper’s Mozzarella cheese ½ Cup
-Bread slices large
-Olper’s Cheddar cheese slice
-Makhan (Butter) ½ tbs
-Lehsan (Garlic) chopped ½ tsp
-Lal mirch (Red chilli) crushed 1 pinch (optional)

Directions:
-In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic,corn kernels,mix well & cook for 3-4 minutes.
-Add spinach & sauté until spinach is wilted (6-7 minutes).
-Add all-purpose flour,red chilli crushed,salt,black pepper powder,cumin seeds,mix well & cook for 1-2 minutes.
-Add milk & mix well.
-Add fresh basil leaves,mix well & cook on medium flame until it dries up (4-5 minutes).
-Add mozzarella cheese & turn off the flame,mix well & set aside.
-Cut the sides of bread slices.
-Add prepared filling,spread evenly & place cheddar cheese slice & covered with another bread slice to make a sandwich.
-In a frying pan,add butter & let it melt.
-Add garlic & mix well.
-Sprinkle red chilli crushed,place sandwich & cook one side on low flame until golden & crispy.
-Add butter,garlic,red chilli crushed,flip the sandwich & cook other side until golden & crispy (makes 4).

-Maida,lal mirch crushed,namak,kali mirch powder aur zeera dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 1-2 minutes kliya paka lein.
-Doodh dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Fresh basil leaves dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur darmiyani ancch per sukh janay tak paka lein (4-5 minutes).
-Mozzarella cheese dal ker chulha bund ker dein aur ache tarhan mix ker ka side per rakh dein.
-Bread slices ki sides ko cut ker lein.
-Tayyar filling dal ker evenly pheela lein,cheddar cheese slice rakh ker upper sa ek aur bread slice rakh ker sandwich tayyar ker lein.
-Frying pan mein makhan dal ker melt ker lein.
-Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Lal mirch crushed dal ker sandwich rakh dein aur ek side ko golden & crispy ho janay tak paka lein.
-Makhan & lal mirch crushed dal ker sandwich ko flip ker lein aur dosri side ko golden & crispy ho janay tak paka lein (makes 4).
