In wok,add milk,sugar,whisk well and bring it to boil.
In separate bowl,add milk,egg,vanilla essence,salt,cocoa powder,corn flour and whisk well.
Now add ¼ Cup of heated milk and whisk well continuously.
Gradually pour this cocoa powder mixture into hot milk,whisk continuously while cooking and cook on low flame until custard is thick (approx. 6-8 minutes) & let it cool down.
In bowl,add whipping cream and beat well.
Add icing sugar and beat until stiff peaks form.
In instant coffee,add water and mix well.
Add dissolve coffee in whipping cream and beat until well combined,add in piping bag & refrigerate until use.
Crush coffee candy with the help of the kitchen hammer & set aside.
In serving glass,add crumbled brownie,coffee whipping cream,crushed coffee candy,prepared chocolate custard,coffee whipping cream and crushed coffee candy.
Refrigerate until chilled & serve!

Bowl mein whipping cream dal ker beat ker lein.
Icing sugar dal dein aur stiff peaks form huany tak beat ker lein.
Instant coffee mein pani dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Dissolve coffee ko whipping cream mein dal dein aur combine hunay tak beat ker lein aur piping bag mein dal ker use kernay tak refrigerate ker lein.
Coffee candy ko kitchen hammer ki madad sa crush ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Serving glass mein crumbled brownie,coffee whipping cream,crushed coffee candy,tayyar chocolate custard,coffee whipping cream aur crushed coffee candy dal dein.
Thanda ker ka serve karein.
