Ingredients:
Prepare Donuts:
-Doodh (Milk) warm 160ml (2/3 Cup)
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 3 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 tbs
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 3 & ¼ Cup (400g)
-Milk powder ½ Cup
-Himalayan pink salt ½ tsp
-Anday (Eggs) 2
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Nurpur Butter unsalted 50g soft
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
-Cooking oil for frying
Prepare Whipped Coffee Mixture:
-Sugar powdered 4 tbs
-Instant coffee 2 tbs
-Hot water 2 tbs
Assembling:
-Chocolate spread as required
-Doodh (Milk) warm as required
-Chocolate syrup
Directions:
Prepare Donuts:
-In dough kneading machine,add warm milk,caster sugar,instant yeast,whisk well & let it proof for 5 minutes.
-Add all-purpose flour,milk powder,pink salt,eggs,vanilla essence & knead at normal speed until dough is formed (6-8 minutes).
-Add butter & knead until dough is smooth (2-3 minutes).
-Grease dough with cooking oil,cover & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
-Transfer the dough on a clean working surface & knead for 2-3 minutes.
-Take a small dough (95g),make a ball,pinch & seal the edges.
-Sprinkle dry flour,place all dough balls,cover with kitchen cloth & let them proof for 30 minutes.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & fry donuts on very low flame until golden.
-Let them cool (makes 8).
Prepare Whipped Coffee Mixture:
-In a deep dish,add sugar,instant coffee,hot water & mix well.
-Whip the mixture with the help of a small strainer until it changes color & frothy & set aside.
Assembling:
-Cut out the center part of dough & make a cavity in the center.
-Add chocolate spread in the cavity & spread evenly.
-Add prepared whipped coffee mixture,milk & mix gently.
-Garnish with chocolate syrup & serve!

-Makhan dal dein aur smooth jo janay tak ghond lein (2-3 minutes).
-Dough ko cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour garam jagha per proof hunay kliya rakh dein.
-Dough ko 2-3 minutes kliya ache tarhan knead ker lein.
-Chota dough (95g) la ker ball bana lein aur edges ki pinch & seal ker lein.
-Maida dal dein aur dough balls rakh ker kitchen towel sa cover ker lein aur 30 minutes proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur donuts ko bohat halki ancch per golden ho janay tak fry ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein (makes 8).
Prepare Whipped Coffee Mixture:
-Deep dish mein cheeni,instant coffee aur garam pani dal ker ache mix ker lein.
-Mixture ko small strainer ki madad sa color change aur frothy ho janay tak whip ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Dough ko center mein sa cut ker lein & center mein cavity bana lein.
-Chocolate spread dal ker evenly pheela lein.
-Tayyar whipped coffee mixture aur doodh dal ker gently mix ker lein.
-Chocolate syrup sa garnish ker ka serve karein.
