Ingredients:
Prepare Coffee Base:
- Instant coffee ¼ cup
- Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ cup
- Garam pani (Hot water) 3 tbs
Prepare Cappuccino Coffee:
- Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
- Prepared coffee base 2-3 tbs
Prepare Mocha Coffee:
- Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
- Cooking chocolate crushed 2 tbs
- Cocoa powder ½ tbs
- Prepared coffee base 1-2 tbs
Prepare Chai Espresso Coffee:
- Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
- Tea bag 1-2
- Prepared coffee base 1-2 tbs
Prepare Cookie & Cream Coffee:
- Cream biscuits 2
- Doodh (Milk) fresh 2 Cups
- Prepared coffee base 1-2 tbs
Directions:
Prepare Coffee Base:
In a bowl,add caster sugar,instant coffee and hot water,beat until it changes color to light brown & become frothy.Coffee base is ready!
Use instant or you can be stored in an air tight jar for up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
Prepare Cappuccino Coffee:
In saucepan,add milk and bring it to boil.
Add 2-3 tbs of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
Sprinkle instant coffee & serve hot!
Prepare Mocha Coffee:
In kettle,add milk and bring it to boil,add cooking chocolate,cocoa powder and whisk well.
Add 1-2 tbs of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
Sprinkle instant coffee & serve hot!
Prepare Chai Espresso Coffee:
In kettle,add milk and bring it to boil,add tea bag and bring it to boil,remove tea bag.
Add 1-2 tbs of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
Sprinkle crushed chocolate & serve hot!
Prepare Cream & Cookie Coffee:
Remove cream of cream biscuits,in spice mill,add biscuits,crush well & set aside.
In saucepan,add milk and bring it to boil,add crushed cookies,whisk well and bring it to boil.
Add 1-2 tbs of prepared coffee base and whisk well until frothy.
Sprinkle crushed cookie & serve hot!

Saucepan mein doodh dal ker ubal lein,crushed cookies dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein aur ubal anay dein.
1-2 tbs tayyar coffee base dal ker frothy hunay tak ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
