Ingredients:
- Pani (Water) 3 Cups or as required
- Coconut milk powder 50 gms (1 packet)
- Chicken boneless cubes ½ kg
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) whole 5-6
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) 1 & ½ tsp
- Adrak paste (Ginger paste) 1 tsp
- Dhania powder (Coriander powder) 2 tsp
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed 1 tsp
- Namak (Salt) 1 tsp or to taste
- Lal mirch (Red chili) crushed 1 & ½ tsp or to taste
- Peanut butter 1 & ½ tbs
- Oil ½ Cup
- Cream 3-4 tbs
- Hara dhania (Fresh coriander) chopped
- Adrak (Ginger) julienne
- Hari mirch (Green chilies) julienne
Garlic Herb Rice
- Oil 1 tbs
- Makhan (Butter) 2-3 tbs
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 & ½ tbs
- Chawal (Rice) 1 & ½ Cups (soaked & boiled until ¾ th done)
- Mixed herbs ½ tbs
- Pani (Water) 2-3 tbs
Directions:
In pot,add water,coconut milk powder and whisk well.
Add chicken boneless cubes and mix well.
Add green chilies,garlic paste,ginger paste and mix well then switch on the flame and bring it to boil.
Cover and cook on medium flame until chicken is tender.
Add coriander powder,black pepper crushed salt,red chili crushed,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add peanut butter and mix well.
Add oil,mix well and cook until oil separates.
Turn off the flame,add cream and mix well.
Turn on the flame and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add fresh coriander,ginger,green chilies & serve.
Garlic Herb Rice
In pot,add oil,butter and let it melt.
Add garlic and mix well.
Add rice and give it a good mix.
Add mixed herbs and mix well.
Sprinkle water,cover and simmer on low flame for 5 minutes.

Dhak dein aur darmiyani ancch per chicken gul janay tak paka lein.
Dhania powder,kali mirch crushed,namak aur lal mirch crushed dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Peanut butter dal er ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Oil dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur oil alag hunay tak paka lein.
Chulha bund karein aur cream dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chulha on karein aur 2-3 minutes kliya paka lein.
Hara dhania,adrak aur hari mirch dal ker serve karein.

Pot mein oil aur makhan dal ker melt karein.
Lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Chawal dal ker mix ker lein.
Mixed herbs dal ker mix karein.
Pani chirak dein aur dhak ker halki ancch per 5 minutes kliya paka lein.
