Ingredients:
Prepare Cream Mixture:
-Water as required
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 4-5
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
-Mascarpone cheese 300g
-Ice cubes as required
-Olper’s Cream chilled 400ml
-Icing sugar 5 tbs
-Vanilla essence 2 tsp
Assembling:
-Water 1 Cup
-Instant coffee 2 tbs
-Ladyfinger biscuits 24 pieces (1 pack)
-Cocoa powder as required
Directions:
Prepare Cream Mixture:
-In a saucepan,add water & bring it to boil.
-In a bowl,add egg yolks,caster sugar & whisk well.
-Place the bowl on double boiler & cook on low flame until sugar is dissolved (6-7 minutes).
-Let it cool.
-In a bowl,add mascarpone cheese & beat well.
-Gradually add egg yolk mixture & beat until well combined.
-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place a bowl on it.
-Add cream & beat well.
-Add icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat until soft peaks form.
-Add egg yolk & cheese mixture & beat until well combined,transfer to a piping bag & refrigerate until use.
Assembling:
-In a bowl,add water,instant coffee & mix well.
-Dip ladyfinger biscuits in dissolved coffee one at a time & assemble in a square dish.
-Pipe out prepared cream mixture,add coffee dipped ladyfinger biscuits one by one & add another layer of cream mixture,spread evenly & cover with cling film & refrigerate for 4 hours or until chilled.
-Sprinkle cocoa powder & serve!
