Ingredients:
Prepare Pickled Burger Sauce:
- Mayonnaise ½ Cup
- Hot sauce 1 tbs
- Mustard paste 1 tbs
- Tomato ketchup 3 tbs
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tsp
- Pickled cucumber finely chopped 1-2 tbs
- Pyaz (Onion) finely chopped 2-3 tbs
Prepare Smash Burger Patties:
- Beef qeema (Mince) 650g (with 20% fat)
- Makhan (Butter)
- Burger buns
- Cooking oil 1-2 tbs
- Namak (Salt) to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed to taste
- Cheddar cheese slices
Assembling:
- Prepared burger sauce
- Salad patta (Lettuce leaf)
- Tamatar (Tomato) slices
- Pyaz (Onion) rings
- Pickled jalapenos slices
Directions:
Prepare Pickled Burger Sauce:
In a bowl,add mayonnaise,hot sauce,mustard paste,tomato ketchup,Worcestershire sauce,pickled cucumber and onion,mix well & set aside.
Prepare Smash Burger Patties:
In a bowl,add beef mince,take small quantity (75g) and make a ball.
Place all meat balls on a tray & refrigerate for 15 minutes (makes 8).
Heat cast iron hot plate & grease with butter,toast burger buns & set aside.
Grease cast iron hot plate with cooking oil,place meat balls and butter paper,press with flat weight to flatten the balls (smash it as thin as possible).
Sprinkle salt,black pepper crushed,add prepared pickled burger sauce (1 tbs) on patties,let it cook until its charred from bottom then flip & cook until golden brown.
Place cheddar cheese slices on patties & cook until cheese melts and place one patty over another.
Assembling:
On a burger bun,add & spread prepared pickled burger sauce,place lettuce leaf,tomato slices,onion rings,smash burger patties,pickled burger sauce,pickled jalapenos & cover with top bun.
Serve smashed burger with 7Up.

Meat balls ko tray mein rakh dein aur 15 minutes kliya refrigerate ker lein (makes 8).
Cast iron hot plate ko garam ker ka makhan sa grease ker lein aur burger buns ko toast ker ka side per rakh dein.
Cast iron hot plate ko cooking oil sa grease karein,meat balls rakh ker upper sa butter paper rakh dein aur flat weight ki madad sa balls ko flat ker lein (smash it as thin as possible).
Namak aur kali mirch crushed chirak dein,tayyar pickled burger sauce 1 tbs ko patties ka upper dal dein aur nichay sa charred ho janay tak paka lein phir flip karein aur golden brown hunay tak paka lein.
Cheddar cheese slices ko patties per rakh dein aur cheese melt ho janay tak paka lein aur ek patty ko dosray ka upper rakh dein.
Assembling:
Burger bun mein tayyar pickled burger sauce dal ker pheela lein,salad patta,tamatar slices,pyaz rings, smash burger patties,pickled burger sauce aur pickled jalapenos dal ker upper sa top burger rakh dein.
Smashed burger ko 7Up ka saath serve karein.
