Ingredients:
Prepare Cinnamon & Sugar Mixture:
-Brown sugar powdered ¼ Cup
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) 1 tbs
-Makhan (Butter) melted 50g
Prepare Dough:
-Warm water ¼ Cup
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) 1 tbs
-Khameer (Instant yeast) 1 & ¼ tsp
-Anda (Egg) 1
-Makhan (Butter) melted 30g
-Doodh (Milk) 2 tbs
-Namak (Salt) ½ tsp
-Maida (All-purpose flour) sifted 1 & ½ Cup
-Cooking oil 1 tsp
Prepare Cream Cheese Frosting:
-Cream cheese ½ Cup
-Makhan (Butter) 1 tbs
-Icing sugar ½ Cup + 2 tbs
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
Directions:
Prepare Cinnamon & Sugar Mixture:
-In a bowl,add brown sugar,cinnamon powder,butter & mix well.
-Refrigerate for 5 minutes to set consistency.
Prepare Dough:
-In a small jug,add warm water,caster sugar,instant yeast & mix well,cover & let it proof 5-10 minutes.
-In a bowl,add egg,butter,milk,salt & whisk well.
-Add all-purpose flour & mix well.
-Add yeast mixture,mix well & knead until dough is formed.
-Grease with cooking oil,cover & let it rest for 1 hour (warm place).
-Knead & stretch dough until soft,sprinkle dry flour & roll out rectangular dough with the help of rolling pin.
-Add & spread prepared cinnamon & sugar mixture over the dough with the help of spatula & cut into 2-inch-thick strips.
-Beginning at one long side,roll up dough tightly like a jelly-roll to make a one large cinnamon roll.
-Place the roll in a baking dish,cover with cling film & let it proof for 1 hour (warm place).
-Air fry in preheated air fryer at 180C for 8 minutes.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Cream Cheese Frosting:
-In a bowl,add cream cheese,butter,icing sugar,vanilla essence & whisk well.
-Drizzle cream frosting & serve!

-Chotay jug mein warm warer,bareek cheeni aur khameer dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur dhak ker 5-10 minutes proof hunay kliya chor dein.
-Bowl mein anda,makhan aur namak dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Maida dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
-Yeast mixture dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur ghond ker dough tayyar ker lein.
-Cooking oil sa grease karein aur dhak ker 1 hour garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Dough ko soft hunay tak stretch & knead lein,maida chirak dein aur rolling pin ki madad sa rectangular dough ko bail lein.
-Tayyar cinnamon & sugar mixture ko dough ka upper dal ker spatula ki madad sa pheela lein aur 2-inch strips mein cut ker lein.
-Ek side sa roll ker lein aur ek bada cinnamon roll tayyar ker lein.
-Roll ko baking dish mein rakh dein aur cling film sa cover ker ka 1 hour garam jagha per rakh dein.
-Preheated air fryer mein 180C per 8 minutes kliya air fry ker lein.
-Thanda ker lein.

-Bowl mein cream cheese,makhan,icing sugar & vanilla essence dal ker ache tarhan whisk ker lein.
-Cream cheese drizzle ker ka serve karein!
