Ingredients:
Prepare Creamy Chocolate Dip:
-Water as required
-Dark chocolate semi sweetened 80g
-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup (100ml)
-Instant coffee ½ tsp
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 1 tbs
-Olper’s Milk ¼ Cup (60ml)
Prepare Churros:
-Makhan (Butter) unsalted 50g
-Olper’s milk ½ Cup
-Water ½ Cup
-Sugar 1 tbs
-Namak (Salt) 1 pinch
-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup (120g)
-Anday (Eggs) 3
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Cooking oil for frying
-Bareek cheeni (Caster sugar) ½ Cup
-Darchini powder (Cinnamon powder) ½ tbs
Directions:
Prepare Creamy Chocolate Dip:
-On a double boiler,add dark chocolate,cream,instant coffee & mix well until chocolate melts.
-Add salt,butter,milk & mix until well combined.
-Let it cool.
Prepare Churros:
-In a saucepan,add butter,milk,water,sugar,salt & turn on the flame,whisk well & bring it to boil.
-On low flame,add all-purpose flour & mix well until dough is formed.
-Take out in a bowl & let it cool completely.
-Add eggs,one by one,vanilla essence,beat well & transfer to a piping bag with a 1M nozzle.
-In a wok,heat cooking oil & carefully pipe out mixture into preheated oil,cut end with clean scissor & fry on medium low flame until golden brown.
-Carefully pipe out mixture in a heart shape on a 4x4 inch of butter paper & fry on low flame until golden brown.
-In a box,add caster sugar,cinnamon powder & mix well.
-Add churros,cover & shake well.
-Serve churros with prepared creamy chocolate dip!

-Karahi mein cooking oil garam karein aur carefully mixture ko preheated oil mein daltay jayein aur scissor sa cut ker lein aur darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-4x4 inch butter paper per carefully mixture ko pipe out ker lein aur darmiyani halki ancch per golden brown hunay tak fry ker lein.
-Box mein bareek cheeni aur darchini powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
-Churros dal ker cover ker lein aur ache tarhan shak ker lein.
