Ingredients:

Prepare Churros Disc:

-Makhan (Butter) 50g

-Sugar 2 tbs or to taste

-Himalayan pink salt 1 pinch

-Olper’s Milk ½ Cup

-Water ¼ Cup

-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp

-Maida (All-purpose flour) 1 Cup (120g)

-Anday (Eggs) 2

-Makhan (Butter) melted

Prepare White Chocolate Topping:

-White chocolate chopped 75g

-Olper’s Cream 150ml

-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 1 tbs

-Badam (Almonds) chopped 1 tbs

Prepare Fusion Quick Rabri:

-Ice cubes as required

-Olper’s Cream chilled 200ml

-Olper’s Milk powder ¼ Cup

-Sugar powdered 4-5 tbs

-Elaichi powder (Cardamom powder) ½ tsp

-Kewra essence ½ tsp

-Gelatin powder 1 & ½ tsp

-Warm water 2 tbs

-Pista (Pistachios) chopped 1 tbs

-Badam (Almonds) chopped 1 tbs

-Pista (Pistachios) sliced

-Rose petals

 

Directions:

Prepare Churros Disc:

-In a saucepan,add butter,sugar,pink salt,milk,water & vanilla essence.

-Turn on the flame,mix well & bring it to boil.

-Turn off the flame,add all-purpose flour & mix well until dough is formed.

-Turn on the flame & cook on low flame for 1-2 minutes.

-Take out in a bowl & let it cool completely.

-Gradually add whisked eggs,mix until well combined & transfer to a piping bag with a Wilton 8B nozzle.

-Make impressions of disc using 3-inch round cutter dipped in all-purpose flour on a perforated silicon mat placed on a baking tray.

-Now pipe out churros disc on that impressions & apply melted butter with the help of a brush.

-Bake in a preheated oven at 170°C for 25-30 minutes.

-Take out from the oven,apply melted butter & set aside.

Prepare White Chocolate Topping:

-In a bowl,add white chocolate,cream & microwave it gradually for 1 minute 30 seconds than mix well until smooth.

-Add pistachios,almonds,mix well & set aside.

Prepare Fusion Quick Rabri:

-In a large bowl,add ice cubes & place another bowl in it.

-Add cream,milk powder,sugar,cardamom powder,kewra essence & beat until soft peaks form.

-In a small bowl,add gelatin powder,warm water & mix well.

-Now add dissolved gelatin & beat well.

-Add pistachios,almonds,fold gently & transfer to a piping bag.

-Take a dome shaped silicone mold,fill each cavity with prepared rabri mixture,spread evenly & freeze for 4 to 6 hours in freezer.

-Carefully remove frozen rabri dome from silicone mold.

-Pour prepared white chocolate topping over it,remove excess & place the coated dome on churros disc.

-Garnish with pistachios,rose petals & serve (makes 8).
