In pot,add oil,onion and ginger garlic paste and sauté until translucent.
Add beef and mix well until meat changes color.
Add red chili powder,coriander powder,salt,turmeric powder and mix well.
Add water and bring it to boil,cover and cook on low flame until meat is tender.
Add beat root and tomatoes,mix well.
Cover and cook for 6-8 minutes.
Add tamarind pulp and mix well.
Add green coriander and green chilies, simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Chukandar gosht is ready.

Lal mirch powder,dhania powder,namak aur haldee powder dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Pani dal ker ubal lein,dhak ker halki ancch per gosht gul janay tak paka lein.
Chukandar aur tamatar dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Dhak ker 6-8 minute kliya paka lein.
Imli ka pulp dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Hara dhania aur hari mirchein shamil karein, 1-2 minute kliya dum per rakh dein.
Chukandar gosht tayyar hai.
