Ingredients:
Prepare Chicken:
- Chicken fillet julienne 1
- Lehsan paste (Garlic paste) ½ tsp
- Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp or to taste
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed ½ tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbs
Prepare Sauce:
- Yakhni (Chicken stock) 1 Cup or as required
- Worcestershire sauce 1 tbs
- Sirka (Vinegar) 1 tbs
- Oyster sauce 1 tbs
- Namak (Salt) to taste
- Safed mirch powder (White pepper powder) ½ tsp
- Corn flour 1 tbs or as required
- Oil 2-3 tbs
- Adrak (Ginger) chopped 1 tsp
- Lehsan (Garlic) chopped 1 tsp
- Mushrooms sliced ¼ Cup
- Shimla mirch (Capsicum) julienne ¼ Cup
- Gajar (Carrot) julienne ¼ Cup
- Pyaz (Onion) sliced 1 small
- Til ka tel (Sesame oil) 2 drops
- Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped 2 tbs
- Oil for frying
- Noodles 1 packet (boil for 4 minutes & strain)
Assembling:
- Crispy fried noodles
- Chicken with sauce
- Anda (Egg) fried
- Kali mirch (Black pepper) crushed
- Hara pyaz (Spring onion) chopped
Directions:
For Chicken:
In bowl,add chicken,garlic paste,salt,black pepper crushed and corn flour,mix well and marinate for 15-20 minutes and set aside.
For Sauce:
In small jug,add chicken stock,worcestershire sauce,vinegar,oyster sauce,salt,white pepper powder and corn flour,mix well & set aside.
In wok,add oil,ginger,galic and mix well.
Now add marinated chicken and mix well for 2 minutes.
Add mushrooms,mix and cook for 2 minutes.
Add capsicum,carrot,onion and stir fry for 1 minute.
Add prepared sauce,mix well and cook until desired thickens.
Add sesame oil and mix well.
Add green onion and set aside.
In pot,heat oil and fry noodles until crispy then drain excess oil & set aside.
Assembling:
On serving place,place crispy fried noodles,chicken with sauce,fried egg,black pepper crushed,green onion & serve.

In bowl,add chicken,lehsan paste,namak,kali mirch crushed aur corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein aur 15-20 minutes kliya marinate ker lein & side per rakh dein.
For Sauce:
Chotay jug mein yakhni,worcestershire sauce,sirka,oyster sauce,namak,safed mirch powder aur corn flour dal ker ache tarhan mix karein & side per rakh dein.
Karhai mein oil,adrak aur lehsan dal ker ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Ab marinated chicken dal dein aur 2 minutes kliya ache tarhan mix ker lein.
Mushrooms dal ker mix karein aur 2 minutes kliya paka lein.
Shimla mirch,gajar aur pyaz dal ker 1 minute kliya stir fry karein.
Tayyar sauce shamil karein aur desired thickness anay tak paka lein.
Til ka tel dal ker ache tarhan mix karein.
Hara pyaz dal dein aur side per rakh dein.
Pot mein oil garam karein aur noodles ko crispy hunay tak fry ker lein phir oil ko drain ker ka side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
Serving plate mein crispy fried noodles rakh dein aur chicken with sauce,fried anda,kali mirch crushed aur hara pyaz dal ker serve karein.
