Something sweet and special, enjoy “Chocolate Pudding Pie” on Eid. Make it the way we do and you will love it.
Chopperize biscuits & add butter, mix well and press down form in a dish with hand/spoon or spatula in a dish and keep it in freezer for 10-15 mins. Set Aside.
Whisk together Sugar, cocoa, Corn Flour, and salt in a pan.
Gradually add cold milk a bit and turn on the heat. Now add remaining milk and keep whisking to combine and to avoid lumps.
Whisk for 5-6 minutes more till thickens.
Once thickens, remove from heat and add butter and Vanilla essence in it.
Pour the mixture on pie/base and leave for 3-4 minutes.
Sprinkle/garnish with chocolate shavings.
Chill for 1-2 hours and enjoy.
Isko 10-15 min ke liye freezer main rakh dein taake achi tarah jam jaye.
Ek pan main cheeni, cocoa, corn flour, aur namak daal ke mix karlein.
Thora sa doodh shamil karein aur mix karein ab aanch medium pe rakh ke ahishta shista doodh shamil karte jaye and whisk karte jay eke achi tarah mix hojaye aur lumps na bane.
Mazeed 5-6 mi tak whisk karte rahe ya jab tak garha na hojaye. .
Janb garha hojaye to heat se hata kar makhan aur vanilla essence shamil karein.
Pudding to pie/base pe achi tarah pehlaye aur 3-4 minure ke liye chhor dein.
Chocolate shavings se Sprinkle/garnish karein
1-2 hours thanda kar ke enjoy karein.
